An exceptional team! I can tell they communicate well and genuinely support each other to take great care of me in a wonderful way. My initial visit on 06/30, I’ve met the Nurse Practitioner, named AnnaMarie - very Professional in her status and a Pleasant Lady. Clearly explained, giving a full point - by point about my medical condition in detailed, viewing specifics on TV screen to help me understand. Next;
Melanie; (scheduling staff) remain in contact throughout from the time booking until my first visit with -
Dr. [last name]. Melanie answered all my questions and give preparation, instructions - I was never left alone guessing what comes next. Very clear instructions, this reduces stress and saves time. Definitely! Is how I build trust at the clinic that cares about my health.
Melanie, is patient, supportive all the way. I cannot Thank her enough, I am eternally grateful for her coming to my aid, she arrived rushed! forward to rescue me for am being so late in time to be at the Dr’s office. While walking alone in this long path way not knowing either am heading the right way or, to reach my appointment hoping the office is still open for me, until I heard someone called my name, it was Melanie! she found me in this hallway of the hospital in late afternoon of 08/05. Then, We walked together to the nearest elevator to the high floor to reach the dr’s office as the DR. was waiting patiently for me together with the Nurse Practitioner.
It was a pleasure meeting DR. [last name]. I sincerely apologized of my delayed visit. It was not my fault.
The Dr. moved forward explained the details of my health condition.

My initial appointment at Lyerly Neurosurgery on 6/30/‘26 with Nurse Practitioner named AnnaMarie. I appreciate the professionalism she performed. She explained in detailed the Imaging of the MRI done previously pointed the shunt where located as we viewed it together on the TV screen. She’s very informative.
