Dr. Hidalgo is nothing short of excellent. She is supportive, and professional. She provides me with a "game plan" that is effective and comforting.

She displayed compassion and a genuine interest in my concerns and took several immediate steps designed to help identify and begin solving my issues. I feel confident that she will follow up with the individuals she promised to contact about specific issues. I need help with. I’m looking forward to our next appointment and I feel I could tell her anything without being judged.

Dr. Hidalgo is the first therapist I’ve had that doesn’t seem rushed when meeting me, and doesn’t put words in my mouth. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable sharing my thoughts, she’s a great listener, and she’s great at building connections with her patients. :)

I've tried counseling on a few occasions previously, but every time I tried, my therapists were poor listeners and would only tell me things I knew already. I had actually given up on the idea of therapy completely, until I started going to Dr. Hidalgo. She's nice, she listens, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She doesn't shrug off the things I tell her, she genuinely considers everything I say. I like how she assigns me things to do between sessions, such as worksheets or activities. She's helped me understand why certain things bother me, and she introduced the possibility of me having [ ], which I had never considered before. I appreciate Dr. Hidalgo and I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I believe my appointments with Dr. Hidalgo have helped me in improving my [ ] and overall functioning. She is comforting, friendly, understanding, and a great listener. Seeing her biweekly is something I look forward to, because she makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something at each appointment.
