Was extremely impressed by Amy Hicks�s level of knowledge and care. She spent the time to explain everything in detail and helped me come up with a treatment plan for my son to make him more comfortable during [ ]. She assured me she was only a MyChart message away if I needed her for anything which I truly appreciate.

This was our [ ] and Amy is amazing. We’re so grateful to have her on our daughter’s care team. Trying to get an appointment in a reasonable time is insane. The waitlist is [ ]. Heather [ ] was just fabulous in helping us get in for a follow up after our lab results. She was very creative and relentless trying to find a small window for us to come in. I’m so appreciative of her efforts and I feel much more equipped to handle my child’s diagnosis as a result.

This office is so clean. The staff is very nice and professional. They’re focused on the patient immediately. The nurses are all sweet and caring. Amy Hicks is the best provider. The way she interacts with my son is amazing. She puts him at ease, not forceful. We need more providers like her. She is a blessing.

Amy is one of the most phenomenal staff we have worked with. Her knowledge of her field is thorough. She is professional, kind, and compassionate. Her goal is wellness of the individual. The Dr. herself was great. She took time to listen to me and make sure that all my questions were answered. She let me know what she was going to be doing and what was going to be coming up at my next appointment. She understood my concerns about what’s wrong with me and wants to help me.

Dr. Amy is absolutely the best and outstanding Dr. she really care for her patient. My son has [ ], and has [ ] due to [ ], since the first day we met Dr. Amy she assured us that she [ ] will get better and she will help us. She absolutely did, from [ ] she prescribe with [ ] the perfect mixture balance, [ ] got better soon after. As [ ] got older she transition him to [ ] and his skin gotten better. I want to thank Dr. Amy for caring for every each one of her patient, being patience with us, getting my son the help he need as well as her staff who have also assisted us. Thank you!!!!!.
