I was surprised that my appointment was 1:45 and I was seen soon and very well I was happy with the prompt attention, the treatment and how the dr. Amy takes her time to ask, listen, and explain.

The nurse was amazing!! I did forget her name but she was nice and amazing! Dr. Amy is amazing as well, I love when I have my appointments with her!!

Amy Hicks is THE best provider. She is kind, attentive, very knowledgeable and I put my complete faith in her. She is never rushed and takes all the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable with my care.

Amy ALWAYS performs above and beyond. Great listening skills, patient and always provides the BEST treatment! She is the only provider I want to see. I know I'll walk away with a solution. She encourages patients to have self confidence and understand that its all about them.

My kids enjoyed their visit with Dr. Hicks. She was kind, sweet, and entertaining to the kids. She answered all the questions and concerns that i had. Gave me more options and techniques to use whenever I'm at home. She's a pleasure to work with and my kids love her!!!

The entire team from the front staff all the way to the nurses and both drs that we have seen, have been exceptionally amazing!! They are so kind, always polite and have accommodated our schedule to the best of their ability. They are all so knowledgeable and we always look forward to seeing the staff when we go to the office! 10/10 service all around

I’ve been taking my kids to see Amy since they were 5 and 6 whether she’s in the fort myers office or Naples I make sure she’s the one my girls see. She’s amazing and so informative and she really cares!

Dr. Hicks assistant who conducted the [ ] with my son before seeing the doctor, she was fun and had great interaction with him. He has a [ ] and sometimes has difficultyfollowing directions, but she demonstrated/ modeled what he should do and it help-desk a lot!

Dr. Hick’s was very nice and knew how to explain things in a way I could understand. I felt comfortable to share my thoughts and she listened well and shared her expertise. I like her and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hicks, her nursing staff and front desk staff are all so wonderful. You can tell there is a cohesiveness within the office , and it shows. From the first call to set an appointment to the time we checkout, this office is a real joy to communicate with. I do not feel like we are just a number. They all care about each and every individual patient. Five stars from us! Thank you Dr. Hicks, Heather and Brian!
