Yessss,, all Pierre's staff are always wonderfully kind very sweet and caring they even gave me coffee for body warm up. A lil sad that my best doctor of all is moving to another facility again which doesn't bother me to follow him again from Colonial blvd. To Bass Rd. But Ive decided to keep seeing him Ive been with him since 2019 he might be a lil slow but it's because he his very dedicated to his patients he listen he cares about his patients and obviously to give a good attendence you need a lil extra time for it specifically if momentarily a patient seen by him gets sick high blood pressure or even other complications he will not leave your side till he makes sure you better or heading in ambulance to a ER and honestly sadly you don't find doctors like this anymore.

Dr. Herard has always been top notch. His MA on this visit who's name I don't remember was excellent and very professional and personable. This is the level of care I expect including the seeing me as a human being with real pain issues and not just another name on a chart like it was with my former pain doctor at the Sanctuary.

Staff is amazing like usual they always treat me very sweet about Dr. Herard he is always so motivated and with a beautiful smile starts treatment and always discuss what we could follow up to help me with my back issues. He is very peaceful and humble with I love about him :-)

Like usual staff people are amazingly friendly very courteous and Dr. Pierre Herard he is overall the most great dedicated to his patients :). Me living in [ ] I prefer to ride an hour to Bass Rd. just to be seen by him cause he was moved from [ ]. Why I do this because you don't find much good Dr's as him today's day :( and being seen by Dr. Herard is worth the trip :)

Yes the Nurse that helped her out with visits and paperwork she is a very wonderful nurse to have and it’s always interesting how you feel same way with Herard what great teamwork I love them
