I cannot remember the name of the person I spoke with when I called to make the "medication management" appointment, but when she said I could have a [ ] appointment time that same day, I was so shocked! Really, the SAME DAY? I was very, very impressed!! So if LPG keeps detailed time/date records as to who was taking phone calls on the date in question, that person should be recognized for excellent service.

All of them went above and beyond. And I’m proud she was my children Dr. this was my second visit with her she was asking questions directly to the children and me as well. She listen to our needs and also gave some suggestions and tried to help with anything that was a concern to my family. I would give a [ ] if I could. Also would like to credit the Medical assistant as well she was phenomenal. She has a way with kids made them feel safe and comfortable while giving them their [ ], I ♥️ this Dr. Office!

My appointment was late by 30 minutes, was in a hurry to come in early as requested, but very late on their part.

Yes, doctor henry listened and discussed all of my options in great detail.I feel very comfortable with all the decisions that we made together. If I could rate her more than excellent, I absolutely would!
