It is very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, informative and ready to assist whenever necessary. Furthermore, shortly after any visit I am informed via email and/or SMS text message that an After Visit Summary and elaborate Team Notes are available for viewing and downloading; each of which are welcome and provide additional insight to the physician/patient interaction.

Dr. Nielsen is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to listen and answer any concerns. Marla [last name] (APRN) also takes her time evaluating patients’ problems. The office setting is modern, clean and spacious. All the employees are very helpful.

The office itself is spacious with lots of light. I don't feel crowded even when there are a lot of people. The staff is especially caring. I appreciate their knowledge and attention to detail. The doctors I've seen are very caring and professional. I feel that I can trust the information they give me.
