Staff is excellent, easy to communicate with and make appointments.
Dr. Nielsen is a very caring person, she is easy to talk to and takes time to listen to my concerns, she never makes me feel rushed.
Dr. Nielsen explains her findings in a way that I understand, and if I need medication what it is and how to take it, she makes sure I understood exactly everything we had talked about before I left her office.
I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Nielsen as my primary care doctor. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

It is very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, informative and ready to assist whenever necessary. Furthermore, shortly after any visit I am informed via email and/or SMS text message that an After Visit Summary and elaborate Team Notes are available for viewing and downloading; each of which are welcome and provide additional insight to the physician/patient interaction.
