Vicki should be a doctor. I have never received such great care as I did with her. Before I walked into her office I did not know what truly was wrong with me other than I had heart failure. Vicki explained and showed me on the little rubber heart what each valve meant and how it worked. She explained the foods I should eat and the ones I should stay away from. What type of exercise I can do since I am not doing any. I was not told any of this until I met with her. She is amazing. Also her assistant Jules was amazing also. Vicki and Dr. [last name] are the most caring, respectful employees of Lee Health that I have ever had the pleasure of receiving care from. They both need to be recognized in the biggest way possible. I know this was long but I had to let you know my true feelings. Thank you!

The Dr and all of the assisting staff were excellent and I could not ask for a more thorough team or a more enlightening approach to my problems. I am more than satisfied with the care I have received and the attention given to my questions about my health and the patience exhibited in quelling any fears or feelings about the future of my condition. Vicki Hayes was very informative but so much at one visit was overwhelming to me. Some info was repeated to me from various sources in the 1 week since leaving hospital serial times. Focus on critical data not known at slower increments of visits.

Vicki was unbelievable- so knowledgeable and so patient. She took the time to explain every question I had for her. Need more care providers like Vicki - don't lose her! Her assistant, Jen, was also very accommodating. A pleasure to work with people of this ability/quality - relaxing and reassuring.

Vicki was excellent. She provided information to me at a rate that allowed me to process information and ask questions. I was not feeling very well and she was caring and concerned. It was one of the best experiences I have had at Health Park, which has always provided excellent cares.Jules was an assistant who was most helpful and kind to me. I was very short of breath when I arrived at the clinic and the receptionist called Jules to help me. She was kind, efficient and reassuring while assessing my vital signs and status. She continued this caring approach during the early assessment as well. Both Vicki and Jules represent the excellence I have come to expect from Health Park.

Vicki is an outstanding provider. I've been an RN for over 50 years and I have seen good and bad. Vicki is the best of the best. She is as knowledgeable as any Cardiologist I've met. She takes time to explain why following advice is so important. I can't say enough about her or this program
