The time taken with me and the explanation on the problems and how to handle were wonderful. When I asked questions on how th we different problems related or how to approach thr [ ] and take the [ ] was all explained how they worked together. Learning more on how it works and why . Just very patient and informative.

Vicky was by far the absolute best care provider I’ve had during the 9 years I’ve been diagnosed with [ ]. She took her time, she was compassionate, she explained my diagnosis and my current state in a way that I’ve never had it explained before. I left the office feeling empowered and fully understanding how to move forward. To say I was impressed is an understatement. She truly was awesome!

I did not know what to expect at a transition appointment. I was totally impressed with Vicki. She presented me with all the information to make sure I understood my [ ] and what I needed to do to live a productive life. She gave me her phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. It was the most informative meeting I have ever attended. I thank the Lee Physicians Group for having the transition group, especially Vicki.

It is very hard to describe the level of excellence Miss Hayes and the rest of the staff showed me there, I have never been treated so well at a medical visit or any other appointment as I was treated at the heart Care transition clinic at health park. I just cannot say enough about the nurses and the staff at the front desk they were just amazing, I had absolutely no questions to ask after they took care of me, they covered everything and went above and beyond what was necessary. I left that visit like I left a family gathering. Thanks so much too Vicki Hayes, [ ]

Vicki goes above and beyond. She gives you a lot of time and truly cares. I told her that I wasn’t getting enough water or food and she gave me $20 out of her own pocket, gathered snacks for me and printed out food pantries for me.

During my recent appointment I was greeted by an aide named Diane. She was most professional, courteous and helpful. Ms. Hayes, FNP-BC, HF-Cert was very informative about the specifics of my condition and interesting in her presentation in general. This was a very valuable session.

The entire staff was wonderful, professional yet personality. Our interaction with Diana was great & so helpful & we can’t say enough about Vicki she was Awesome. She explained everything to our understanding & certainly educated us. Recommend highly!!

Having had spose released from hospital with [ ] the week before, I felt this [ ] clinic was an exceptional patient teaching opportunity. Along with giving the sense there was going to be a team approach to future medical needs. Solid plans to follow. Vicki is a superior speaker and educator covering all bases. Listened to and adressed client's concerns with full attention

Vicki went out of her way to answer any questions. Excellent listening skills. I did not expect anything positive from this visit but was impressed with how much I learned about my condition and what some of the pills are for. Worthwhile visit.
