The whole group was fantastic. Vicki Hayes and angel. Also Jules, Nick and Faith. They all deserve praise. Friendly from the front door and only got better as the appt progressed.

If for me Dr. Vicki was exceptional, she is a great doctor and above all a great human being. My respects to her. Like Diana, she is not a nurse or an assistant, but she is exceptional.

I don't do surveys but this whole staff was incredible and I told them so on my way out.I told Vicki Hayes I wish she was my primary physician even though technically she isn't a physician. Her knowledge, patience, communication, overall care was the absolute best I have experienced in my lifetime. I even told her that. I have a better understanding of what I need to do for my health than I have ever had. The whole staff was incredible from the minute I walked in the door

Vicki is the most thorough, knowledgable, informative health care person we have ever worked with. We left informed, educated and optimistic on what to do going forward. What a pleasure to meet with Vicki. We can't thank her and the Lee memorial system enough. We heard good things about Vicki, but it was surpassed by our personal experience. Lee memorial health system she is a keeper at any cost!

Besides Vicki Hayes, I saw Faith, Diana, and Jules. This was my first visit there and they made me feel like we were all best friends. I was so comfortable being seen by this staff. When I returned home, I told my family and friends all about my visit. Since I was released from the hospital, this was the first visit that I feel really mattered to my health. I can't say enough good things about these people. Vicki provided me with reading material and explained so much about my heart. Thank you so much.

Vicki the Heart specialist was very informative she took her time to explain my concerns and more and allowed ne to ask as many questions as I needed to get the under of my situation I was very impressed. Thanks again Vicki for doing a great job when it came to my Health.

Everyone from front desk to Vicki Hayes was wonderful. I left office with good understanding of my health condition, and what steps are next to take in plan of action to improve my health. Information was presented in easy to understand format with kindness and compassion. Would highly reccomend this office. Oustanding service.

Vicki was extremely friendly and personable, but most importantly she was knowledgeable. She spoke in terms that made you feel she was hearing you and her responses were real, not scripted. She made me comfortable and it felt as if I had known her for years although it was my first time meeting her.
