Vicki goes above and beyond. She gives you a lot of time and truly cares. I told her that I wasn’t getting enough water or food and she gave me $20 out of her own pocket, gathered snacks for me and printed out food pantries for me.

The entire staff was wonderful, professional yet personality. Our interaction with Diana was great & so helpful & we can’t say enough about Vicki she was Awesome. She explained everything to our understanding & certainly educated us. Recommend highly!!

During my recent appointment I was greeted by an aide named Diane. She was most professional, courteous and helpful. Ms. Hayes, FNP-BC, HF-Cert was very informative about the specifics of my condition and interesting in her presentation in general. This was a very valuable session.

Having had spose released from hospital with [ ] the week before, I felt this [ ] clinic was an exceptional patient teaching opportunity. Along with giving the sense there was going to be a team approach to future medical needs. Solid plans to follow. Vicki is a superior speaker and educator covering all bases. Listened to and adressed client's concerns with full attention

Vicki went out of her way to answer any questions. Excellent listening skills. I did not expect anything positive from this visit but was impressed with how much I learned about my condition and what some of the pills are for. Worthwhile visit.

Vickie Hayes is probably the best provider I have seen. She took extra time to explain every detail of what I should be doing to improve my health after getting released from the [ ].it was such a pleasure speaking with her. Vicki Hayes is excellent. She is so knowledgeable that while my husband was listening to everything, I was taking notes the whole time she answered all of our questions and then some and it’s just a pleasure dealing with her again.
