Dr Al-Eid was so refreshing. In today’s world many doctors sit at the computer and ask an occasional question. This doctor pulled up my results to show me how I did on a resent test. Discussed the meanings and was ready to answer questions. I was at ease but more importantly I felt respected as a patient. The support staff is also professional and pleasant.

The people were Great! The nurse-tech who gave me the lung test was incredible! She made me feel relaxed and at ease. The Doctor genuinely cared and took all the time I needed to have my questions completely answered. Why I'm not in the hurry to go back! If needed I would not hesitate at all.

As this was my first visit with Dr. Al-eid, I truly appreciated that he took the time to actually listen to the history of my illness although he already read my reports. And he explained everything in layman's terms and repeated instructions when necessary. I finally think that we can collaborate on finding the reason for my cough and treat it properly.
