Very efficient office staff, been thinking all these years that I had COPD but turned out to de asthma. Set up a pulmonary test at Nassau Baptist to nail it g Down. Highly recommend this doctor.

I was very impressed with the Dr's knowedge of my issues BEFORE he entered exam room. He was articulate, to the point of my issues, showed me my lung scans and explained what I was seeing on the scans. He changed some meds, and I am doing better. I still have 2 ordered tests at Baptist Nassau to do. I am scheduled for April 2026.

Everyone is so efficient there and so pleasant to work with. The gal who did my lung capacity was super great and so patient with me. I love our new pulmonary doctor as well. My first time seeing him.

I received a thorough consultation with Dr. Al-Eid. He was quite empathetic and compassionate, reviewing my needs and answering my questions. I was pleased with his services as well as the registration and nursing staff who were effective and efficient. Post the consultation additional testing was set up quickly to address my issues. I am most grateful to doctor and all the staff for their assistance.

When I arrived, I was greeted by name, the receptionist was very helpful when checking in for appointment. Dr had already read my chart and previous scans. He was very clear and presented a plan to address my diagnosis. Asked me what else I had to share with him and what questions I had about the treatment plan. He was not rushed and took the time to make sure I was clear and satisfied with the visit.
