I was treated great by the pulmonary specialist. She was professional and friendly. She explained everything so I understood what I needed to do to complete each section of the test. I was made to feel at ease during my testing. Great job by pulmonary specialist.

Front staff was welcoming and nice. The Nurse that called me back and did vitals and asked questions was great!!! She was very professional and was extremely nice, made me feel very comfortable. I liked the Doctor as well.

Dr Glass and his staff are so caring. Dr Glass takes all the time you need during appointments. He explains your condition and treatments throughly. I would not go anywhere else!

The doctor took his time talking with me and explaining a course of treatment and/or possible treatments based on test results. He spent over an hour with me. I felt like I was in good hands and look forward to his care in the future.

Got to my appointment and took me back sooner than expected. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Glass came in rather soon after the nurse got the vitals done and asked if I had any questions when I got my CT scan results on My Chart. Dr. Glass did an excellent job reviewing my results and explaining my condition and treatment plan going forward. Great experience from start to finish.

From the front desk, to the nurse and to Dr. Al-Eid, they couldn't have been friendlier and welcoming. Dr. Al-Eid was very thorough and drew illustration to explain my test results. He spoke to me in a way I could understand which may it easier to comprehend exactly what the test had discovered. I appreciate his kind manner and feel thankful he will be part of the Baptist Medical team. He is a welcome addition to their staff.

Office personnel friendly and efficient. Dr. Al-Eid was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer any questions I had.
He is new to the office - and I am as well. I would definitely recommend him for pulmonary care.
