Dr Hanson is very nice and thoughtful. He listened, we talked. I'm an old patient from 2024, Tina, my favorite nurse, remembered me She is very sweet and bubbly. Makes everyone comfortable and makes me smile. Bobbi, a receptionist, is cheerful and does an excellent job. She also has a calming telephone voice. I'm always amazed that everyone is so pleasant And caring They will go out of their way to help. No matter where I go and for whatever reason, I always have a good experience with Lee Health. Thank you.

Dr Hanson addressed my concerns with full explanation of how to best address my problem with my knew when another physician had no plan long term. I have full confidence in Dr Hansen ability to handle my care.

First off Tina made me feel great from the moment I first spoke to her. I apologized for being difficult as I've had a tough time with previous providers and she ensured me I was not difficult and just made me feel heard. Dr. Tobin I feel assessed my injury site, took account of how well I'm feeling and the X-rays completed all to give me a fair result leaving the office. He was fantastic and I'm so grateful I got to meet him!

All the employees were professional and welcoming. I was taken in the back early, and Dr. Hanson. Came into the exam room immediately. My visit was completed without delay, and all my concerns were addressed. My experience with Lee Health medical staff & physicians have always been excellent.

Both the nurse, I believe her name was Tina. She was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Dr. Hanson was an excellent provider. I would recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor!

Bobbie at the front desk.. The medical who took care of me.. And of course Dr Hanson.... He explained all the steps involved in a replacement.. He did my right one last year... Was wondering how you got so many people who excel at their job all in one office...truly

Tina was a real sweetheart and made sure she had everything correct. Dr. Hanson was awesome! I had been fearing rotator cuff surgery and he thinks cortisone shots and p.t will help. He was so personable and easy to talk to. Not the usual stick in the muddy. I received cortisone shots from him and last night was the first time in a while that I could stay in bed until 6am.

Dr. Hanson & his nurse Tina were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Hanson is very knowledgeable and cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He explained everything and went in to detail about my knee X-ray and thoroughly explained all my options. Instead of saying let do a full knee replacement which I told him I told him I didn't want to do; he said let's start with therapy and injection's and go from there. But eventually down the road if this didn't work I would need to consider replacement. I totally 100 % recommend Dr Tobin Hanson. All the staff at Surfside are excellent as of the moment you walk in until you leave.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hanson. He was quick to determine the procedures necessary to address my issues. He also made sure that I understood where I'm at in the life of my knee. He was very quick too make an appointment to see me in the office and schedule surgery for the very next day.
