Dr. Hanson is by far one of the best specialists I've encountered while living in SW FL! From start to finish, from his strong handshake to his bedside manner, I felt he listened to my complaints (related to my recent surgery) and reassured me about everything I'm dealing with. I knew I was lucky to be his patient.

All personnel were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with Dr. Hanson and the treatment he provided, I am feeling so much better! Wonderful new doc, will continue to see him in the future.

Both the nurse, reception and Dr Hanson were caring and respectful. All very professional, yet warm and caring. Have been several times and will return as needed.

The surgeon (Dr Hanson) took the time to meet with me during my orthopedic visit once they found out a surgeon was needed. My orthopedic doctor was excellent in describing what was wrong with my shoulder and what I needed to do.

As soon as I walked in the customer care was impeccable, from the front desk to the ladies in X-ray to the assistant and Dr Hanson. Everything was amazing. 10/10

Dr Tobin was very compassionate and listened to my concerns without hesitation. He already knew from test results what the outcome would be but made sure to listen carefully as to what my feelings were about the upcoming surgery

Dr Hanson is very nice and thoughtful. He listened, we talked. I'm an old patient from 2024, Tina, my favorite nurse, remembered me She is very sweet and bubbly. Makes everyone comfortable and makes me smile. Bobbi, a receptionist, is cheerful and does an excellent job. She also has a calming telephone voice. I'm always amazed that everyone is so pleasant And caring They will go out of their way to help. No matter where I go and for whatever reason, I always have a good experience with Lee Health. Thank you.
