Hannah Baston, P.A was and has always provided me with excellent care. I saw her multiple times through my pregnancy and I requested her for my postpartum visit as well. I can not speak more highly of her.

Overall, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire medical team who has cared for me throughout my pregnancy. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member I encountered has been exceptionally professional, compassionate, and attentive. From the very beginning, I felt supported, heard, and treated with genuine kindness.This team has made one of the most important moments of my life feel safe and guided. Their patience, empathy, and dedication have meant everything to me. I never felt rushed, ignored, or alone - instead, I felt surrounded by people who truly care about their patients.Thank you for your commitment, your warmth, and your professionalism. I am sincerely grateful for each of you.

Front desk staff and nurses were so wonderful and kind. Very helpful and approachable.

I have always had the confidence to discuss my thoughts and choices with this provider. I have not been afraid to trust her with my questions or concerns. I know that I am the type of patient that takes every medical option with lots of research, questions, and considerations. I know its difficult to engage with a patient that wants to be sure to give informed consent. This provider always takes time to talk with me on my medical care. Also, very considerate and kind, helped distract me from my procedure by engaging in conversation.

My rheumatologist retired. It was very chaotic. Slowly I have been changing my doctors and care providers towards Lee Health Lee Physician Group. From the smiles on the staff, to the nurses, and doctors that actually listen. I'm thankful to all of them.

Hannah was amazing. She was so kind and and took the time to check in with me and how I was managing my anxiety while pregnant and plans for post partum. She was interested in me as a whole person and it was very touching.

Hannah was wonderful. I was hesitant when Dr . [ ] was out but when I met Hannah I was comfortable with her kindness and knowledge. She walked me through everything so caring. Didn't assume it was ok unless I agreed!

When I checked in for the appointment the lady that did it was great. Whoever made my appointment had made a mistake on the time and the lady that checked me in was able to squeeze me in at the time I arrived

Hannah was amazing during my OB appointment. Even when she used to work in Pediatrics and saw my daughter, she provided exceptional care. Excited to see she is now in Women's Health and she really took the time to explain things clearly during my visit. I could not recommend seeing Hannah enough!

Hannah's bedside manner was warm and comforting. She was very attentive while meeting with me. The office staff is always accommodating and pleasant despite how busy the office gets! Their communication with us as patients is awesome.

Yesterday was a hard appointment seeing my daughter has [ ] and was recently [ ]. The nurse and doctor were both amazing. They were understanding non judgmental and really seemed to care not only for my daughter but myself and her siblings as well. The doctor really took her time and answered questions gave suggestions and talked to my daughter with compassion. I love LPG my children have been going here since [ ]. Thank you for making my daughter and I feel less stressed and overwhelmed.

We’ve been seeing PA-C Hannah Baston since our daughter was a baby, and she has been amazing every step of the way. At our recent 3-year checkup, Hannah was so kind, patient, and engaging—she made the whole experience fun and easy. Our daughter didn’t cry at all, which says so much about how comfortable and safe she felt. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and guide us with confidence. We’re so grateful to have such a caring and experienced pediatrician on our side!
