Dr. Hanekom listened to everything that I had to say and then he then he gave me recommendations on what I could do . Dr. Hanekom is a very good Doctor. I would recommend him highly.

this was my first appointment with Dr. Hanekom at the Surfside clinic. He was able to take the time to get to know me, my concerns and well being. Everything was done in a timely matter without any waiting. Very positive experience.

Dr. Damien Hanekom is the best PCP in the system, he is so pleasant, engaging, takes his time, extremely thorough, kind, I don't know what I would do without him, he is not just a fantastic Doctor, but a wonderful person. The Lee system is extraordinarily lucky to have him.

My whole experience with this office has always been Outstanding. I would be truly upset if I had to give up Kristen or Dr. Hanekom!!! They are great to work with and so Friendly and Nice. They also are Very knowledgeable and know how to use that in their care! They are truly interested in the wellbeing of their patients.

Dr Hanekom took his time to review all of my concerns during my appointment. (And my appointment was at the end of the day). I never once felt rushed. (Which is what I have been accustomed to during other physician visits)

The lady who greeted me and walked me in and took my [ ] ( don't recall her name, she is about 5’ tall and always so nice and attentive) has such an awesome personality and smile! She is such an asset ! Dr Hanekom has that old school style, he takes time to speak with me and carefully goes over all of my concerns and text results. I recommend everyone to Dr Hanekom and his staff.

My visit was very pleasant Dr. Hanekom Spence, a large amount of time with us explaining everything that I asked about. I have not seen him that often since but he is my primary care physician and I feel does a great job making you welcome and safe while explaining every detail very well.

Overall, every staff and medical personnel that I have interact with at the Surfside facility are pleasant, helpful, efficient and thorough. It is a pleasure to be treated by this medical team!

From finding easy parking, wonderful friendly front office staff at check in. The pre prep nurses are kind, thorough and review my medications and vitals. And the doctors recollection of my prior visit, engaging me as a person with care and concern. Just not another get you in and out. Spends the time to talk and address my needs as a person, the doctor genuinely cares for me and my health as person, I fell like his family. I would encourage Lee Health to use this location, personnel and doctor as how to get it right.
