I am 69 years old. I have never had a primary care physician that is more patient focused, empathetic and knowledgeable as Dr Hanekom. He just checks all the boxes and I trust him. I am lucky to have him as my PCP.

Dr. Hanekom is absolutely outstanding. He listens carefully, giving me his full attention. He explains everything so thoroughly and in a very understandable manner. He gives reasoned and excellent suggestions. I feel so fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.

It is so easy to talk to Dr. Hanekom. He is professional, friendly and takes the time to listen and never rushes me. He is the best Primary Physician I've ever had. I hope he never leaves.

When I initially met Dr. Hanekom, he was friendly and immediately put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I left feeling like l had some input into my medical care.

Everything went well for my Medicare Wellness visit. The Dr was on time for my appointment. He had read my file prior to seeing me and had a list of things ready to discuss with me. I did not feel rushed and he answered all my questions. Overall, I'm very pleased with my care at Surfside.

this was my first appointment with Dr. Hanekom at the Surfside clinic. He was able to take the time to get to know me, my concerns and well being. Everything was done in a timely matter without any waiting. Very positive experience.

Dr. Damien Hanekom is the best PCP in the system, he is so pleasant, engaging, takes his time, extremely thorough, kind, I don't know what I would do without him, he is not just a fantastic Doctor, but a wonderful person. The Lee system is extraordinarily lucky to have him.
