I have been going to Baptist Primary Care on Lane Ave for many years. Dr. Downey and his staff are really top notch. The important thing is that they listen to you. They have been taking care of my wife and I for years and we are grateful for the service and friendship they provide

I appreciate Dr Downey so much. He is not pushy with text nor does he push medication on you. He gives you the information you need for you to make the decision to take meds or try to work on your health through eating better and exercising. Ramona is very good at her profession also.

He takes the time to listen to you he never seems like he's in a rush and you're just a number. my.bapstitchart.com is great because you get quick answers and you can see your follow up visit note, check your blood results and make medicine request that are promtly answered.

This is a first primary care I’ve been to where they have a lab & x-ray available on site very convenient, Dr. Downey was really nice his nurse spoke highly of him as well. This was first time to his office I’m very satisfied with my visit I love how close the office is to my house.
