Dr. Louie takes his time, thoroughly explains your plan moving forward and his staff are awesome! I have EDS and Dr. Louie is knowledgeable in the area and is able to refer patients to other specialists if you needed further care beyond his scope. He is caring and kind.

I have been receiving care from Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates for many years mostly at the Wheaton location. When my physician retired there, I began receiving services with Dr. Louie in Frederick and I'm glad to report that he has been outstanding! Always thorough, professional, and compassionate. Thanks!

Dr Louie and his staff are excellent. Dr Louie excels in explaining what is occurring within your body/ test results. I drive 50 plus miles to see him.

Dr. Louie's vast knowledge and expertise were evident as he patiently answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had.
Throughout the appointment, he meticulously reviewed my medical history and conducted a comprehensive examination, all while taking the time to ensure I fully understood the diagnosis and treatment plan. His attention to detail and dedication to providing personalized care truly set him apart. This was the first time any specialist has truly shown that they care about making sure the patient understands and doesn't just go straight to prescribing medication without explaining why or if there are any other alternative options. If 6 stars were an option, he’d get them. Dr. Louie is fantastic. I am treated like a person as much as a patient. I never feel rushed. He always takes the time to make sure I understand what he is saying or recommending.

Dr. Louie is very patient and understanding. He listens to what you’re saying and expresses empathy, shows he care, and has a really funny sense of humor. He also speaks with your spouse to see if they have any questions or concerns. Dr. Louie is a wonderful physician.

Dr. Louie is such a caring and wonderful physician. When you are in pain, as I usually am when I suffer from flares, he is caring and compassionate. He listens, and that seems to be rare nowadays.

Dr. Louie has consistently been among the few phsyicians I've encountered who has taken my reported condition seriously; has listened to my concerns and sought a useful diagnosis, and has suggested both useful treatment options and outside specialists that have offered additonal help.
