Dr. Diez-Hoeck and her staff are the best. They are compassionate, kind, caring and pay attention to patient’s every need. Kandy, the office manager, makes sure there is sufficient staff. The staff makes every patient feel like they are the only patient. The office atmosphere is calm & peaceful.

Kandy runs the office! Very organized and makes all the difference. Other MD offices might also have great doctors and providers, but if no one answers the phone, returns your call or makes sure your refill requests are sent to the pharmacy, what does it matter?
