Candy, office administrator, gave me instructions to have a COVID, RSV and flu test. Because the test was negative, she alerted Dr. Diez-Hoeck who saw me quickly. I was very very ill. Dr. Diez-Hoeck knows me and my clinical history. This was an unusual circumstance for me. The staff is caring and kind.
