This is an excellent practice. Everyone works hard with patients. The star of the staff is Ms Candy. She is the office manager. I’ve never seen anybody as good at this job as she. Candy does every conceivable non-medical function for this office. There is no problem she can’t fix from scheduling to referrals to insurance. If you call her on the phone with a question, she will get you an answer in rapid time. One of the particularly noteworthy items is that she performs all these difficult duties with a smile and a friendly attitude. This is important to note because this is a very busy practice and she has lots of patients to work with. Ms Candy treats every patient with great care.
If I were starting a new business, I would try to hire Candy and then find an impo job for her to do. She is that good.

We love Dr. Diez-Hoeck and her staff. Dr. Graciela is an excellent PCP who is filled with compassion, understanding and warmth. She explains things so they are easily understood & engages me on decisions about my treatment.
Kandy is amazing - always kind, caring and efficient.
Tia and Nadine are exceptional assistants who always display kindness & compassion.
This is a great team, which makes it a pleasure to interact with each one of them.

This small but busy Baptist Primary office has a wonderful and caring staff. I appreciate the attention they give me. Laura Logan listens to my health challenges and gives me great suggestions and is able to assist me to becoming a healthier version of myself.
