While Dr. [last name] does not do virtual appointments while her APRN, Laura Logan, does, I have found both to be reachable when needed. Office manager Kandi, the same. For nearly thirty years I have relied on their expertise and have never been disappointed. Go, Team!

The person out front (before getting to the check in area) as very helpful and found an opening for me although I had confused the date and was a day early. Dr. Dillow was very pleasant to deal with and provided referrals that I needed in a very timely manner.

The staff continues to be exceptionally welcoming and gracious. Despite Dr. [last name]'s absence, the visit was a positive experience that was respectful, professional, and caring. Dr. Dillow did a good job of making me comfortable with her. I missed seeing Dr, [last name] because of the relationship and trust that has been built over the past decade, but Dr. Dillow filled-in admirably.

Very little wait once you arrive and check-in. Waiting room is fairly large so it minimizes the need to be too close to someone who is (maybe) sick.
