Kandy runs the office! Very organized and makes all the difference. Other MD offices might also have great doctors and providers, but if no one answers the phone, returns your call or makes sure your refill requests are sent to the pharmacy, what does it matter?

This office is very organized. They do what they say they will do in a timely manner. Dr. Diez-Hoeck is fabulous! Love, love, love her. She is caring, is a good listener, and is a knowledgeable physician.

Laura Logan is extremely knowledgeable and she seems to know me personally. I can always get an appointment promptly, most often the same day. I’ve been going there for many years and I always get excellent care.

Baptist Primary care at Jacksonville Beach. Is an excellent facility. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. They do their best to insure you get an appropriate appointment as soon as possible if you are in need. They listen to your complaint(s) and know how to proceed. They have a great knowledge of local referral practices if one is needed. The facility is always clean and, as mentioned, well run. The office manager, Miss Candy, is quite simply amazing. The primary caregivers, Dr. [last name] and Ms Laura are excellent. This is a wonderful patient oriented care office and a tribute to the entire Baptist group.

Everything! The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, all of the medical staff are very friendly and helpful, Laura Logan is very personable, knowledge, and attentive. I never feel rushed and she always takes time to listen to my concerns and questions. Very happy being their patient
