Very little wait time-everyone in the office very helpful- Laura follows up on her suggestions very quickly. Medication. Refills are done immediately with only one phone call or request from patient. If not- reason for denial giveni. Timely manner.

The consistent staff is a rare benefit. They are knowledgeable, service oriented, helpful, efficient and friendly. It’s easy to make appointments. I feel like my nurse practitioner knows my health and understands my needs. I can honestly say I feel like she’s a partner in my healthcare.

Kandy, the office manager, makes sure there is sufficient staff. The staff makes every patient feel like they are the only patient.
