Dr. Giblin was running late with appointments for some reason, but I was informed of that immediately. However, he took his time with me, explained tests results very well, answered my questions, was responsive to my concerns and was supportive. Good doctor!

I was warmly welcomed to the urology office by the office staff. I found the nurses, assistants and Dr. Giblin to be caring, understanding and kind. Dr. Giblin was very clear in his explanation of each treatment option for me which enabled me to understand and choose the treatment with which I was most comfortable. Also, my appointment was late on a Friday afternoon yet everyone in this office was still professional and pleasant - I never felt rushed through my appt.

Dr Giblin is a great physician. He definitely pays attention to you as an individual pt. I used to work in the OR. People can lose that quality after time. It's not the norm anymore

Dr. Giblin renders excellent care. He is a wonderful listener, and I feel he truly cares about your well-being. I was very comfortable discussing my concerns. He is a professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend Dr. Giblin. Also, medical assistant, Gabby, was exceptional!!

Dr. Giblin was great. The scheduling dept was not. The Dr knew I would be leaving the are the first week in May and he said they would work with that. When the sch dept called me the offered me an appointment for July. When I explained my situation she said that the Doctor is not aware how busy he is!

Everyone at the office are so kind friendly and professional and, as for Dr. Giblin, he's the absolute BEST. The procedures he and his surgery team perfomed last year to help with my bladder control problems went smoothly and the improvement to my qualty of life Is beyond what I would have thought possible. I can't thank him enough and, id I ever have an opportunity to recommend him to family or friends would do so without hesitation.

Dr Giblin and his nurses are always top notch. My problem is your appointment was made at 7:50 and they didn't open until 8:00. And you're confusing. And I was told so the rough manner by somebody, so I just went back and sat in my car. I said you made the appointment for 7:50. Whoever she was said I didn't make the appointment. In a Gruff manner. Seems a little weird to make me an appointment at 7:50 and not open till 8:00. After I got in there everything was pretty much wonderful as always.
