Both the nurse and Dr. The Dr actually looked at me with concern and asked, what can I do to help you quit smoking. She cared. It made me feel good

It was an exceptional visit, while this is not to suggest anything negative or ingenuous, I was taken early by exceptional personalities from the check-in to the check-out. I thought possibly two explanations, I was a new patient, they knew I requested a different Doctor, or new management had arrived with coaching that helped all concerned to better understand just how to carry out the day to day caring of customers, patients. In my background of Telephony, it was called Tone of service. And yes, then it was called training. I left with a warm fuzzy feeling.

I was VERY impressed with both Regina Germonprez and her assistant, Stephanie. I was already impressed, from previous experiences, with the organization and quality of Lee Health. This was my firist visit with "Regina" as she is called by all, and Stephanie. I walked out of the office, called home and reported "I am HOME at last, medically." The appointment requested for tests by Regina- well, I received notification this morning and have an appointment for TOMORROW. Wow. I'll get my blood work done without an appointment. Another WOW.

I have never been so excited to work with a new doctor! Regina spent a lot of time with me and went through my medical history very thoroughly so that she could accurately treat me. She is engaging and down to earth. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.Her assistant, Stephanie, is also amazing which made the whole experience even better.

Stephanie the MA was fabulous! She took her time and put me at ease. Regina was great! She took time to listen to me and answer all my questions! The front desk receptionist was very friendly. It was a great experience!!

Regina and her assistant Stephanie are a well oiled machine! They work together so well. And I feel totally cared for by both. They aren't in a hurry and I feel like they truly care for my well being. I've already got one friend seeing Regina and I will tell anyone who is looking for a great provider!

I cannot say enough good things about Regina. From the moment she steps into the room, it's clear how deeply she cares about her patients. She takes the time to truly listen, addresses every concern with patience, and ensures you leave with complete confidence in your care plan. Regina seamlessly combines high-level medical knowledge with incredible empathy and a warm, approachable bedside manner. I never feel rushed, and I'm so grateful to have such a dedicated, thorough provider. Highly, highly recommend!

I had such a great TeleMed appointment today! My provider was kind, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel heard, respected, and involved in my care. It's so refreshing to have a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about her patients. I'm incredibly grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend her!
