I'm not one that complains a lot, but the staff know me and so does Regina Germonprez knows that I will not bite my tongue, and I will speak my mind not to disrespect the staff, but to be able to take care of my needs

I had such a great TeleMed appointment today! My provider was kind, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel heard, respected, and involved in my care. It's so refreshing to have a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about her patients. I'm incredibly grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend her!

I needed a referral, and my regular doctor was not available. I got an appointment right away with Regina Germonprez. She was outstanding in reading and discussing my chart. She recommended other specialists to help me. She had very good bedside manners.
