I like Dr. Baldassarri. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. I do wish there was an Age Well location closer to the Southside of Jacksonville. There are two Del Webb "Active Adult" communities within 4 miles of each other with plenty of 55 and up residents. Probably the majority of the residents are 60 years of age or older. There is a need.

1) Front desk staff is welcoming, friendly, efficient. 2) Dr. B listened attentively, asked pertinent questions, suggested other spedialists and recommended a P.A. for follow-up after he leaves 3) Dorothy, who has been handling my message questions is prompt and efficient.

Been followed for years. Always state of the art health care. Never rushed. I have to drive an hour to get to the downtown office but it is worth it. I understand Dr. Baldassarri is leaving. Really sorry to see him go. He has been truly exceptional for me. Best of luck in the future. Thank you Dr. B. for being my primary care doc! Because of this, I am shifting to the Nocatee office. Doctors, nurses, staff all very kind, attentive, friendly. I especially like the way appointments are not rushed so all topics are covered well, time for our questions, etc. Very sad to learn that Dr Baldassarri is leaving the practice later this year.

The office staff and the Doctor, G Baldassarri, MD at "Baptist Age Well", were very friendly, patient and helpful....However this was my first visit, as a new patient, to this practice, so I have no previous visits to compare....I am hopefull and fully expect this great treatment will continue.
