Genuine and caring. He really listened to what I had to say and helped me come up with a plan to improve my health care.

At the end of my appointment, it was very nice to hear him say that should anything come up, I should feel free to message him on MyChart. He seems to show a genuine for his patient's care.

I have complex care and a long-term chronic condition, and it took some time, but I feel comfortable that my wife's caregiver concerns were addressed, as to what we need to do next.

Dr. Kelly was very friendly and warm yet still professional. He asked a lot of questions and really listened to what I had to say. He was very non-judgemental and I felt he really cared about my well being.
