What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He was very professional and explained my procedure well. He was respectful of my privacy as best he could. He explained next steps in treatment, and offered suggestions for comfort post procedure.

He did what he thought would work and explained why something else would not be the right approach to my problem for me. I was told to be sure to call if what we did was not taking care of the problem.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
For older people it is very hard to get from front door check in to upstairs check in and into the doctor’s area. This is true for all doctor’s offices in that BIG Orchard Building!!!! Not Dr. Zainea's falt.!
