He did what he thought would work and explained why something else would not be the right approach to my problem for me. I was told to be sure to call if what we did was not taking care of the problem.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
For older people it is very hard to get from front door check in to upstairs check in and into the doctor’s area. This is true for all doctor’s offices in that BIG Orchard Building!!!! Not Dr. Zainea's falt.!

My first appointment got an exam and treatment rather than waiting for another visit. Felt I made more progress with one visit versus previous Dr 4 appointment and 3 surgical treatments.

Dr Zainea is hands down the BEST colorectal surgeon!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The day after my procedure my butterfly stitches had come undone and I was seeping thru my 4 x 4. When I called whomever answered phone told me my apt was on [Date]. Well in turn nurse from Reicker surgery ctr called to check on me and she got thru to Dr Zainea and I was seen that day in his office... thanks to nurse and Dr Zainea he put me back together ordered antibiotics and I'm great now. Keep a blood pressure cuff in the office. Doctor assistant insisted there wasn’t one . The automated one hurts .

Dr. George and staff are top notch. Always on time and very professional. Every doctor should have Dr. Zainea’s professionalism. Thank you Dr. George. I’ll see you again In December.

Dr Zainea truly is a humble and kind physician! He is very thorough and explains each step he is going to do. He has gone above and beyond with the care he gave!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I think I have never seen the same Medical Assistant twice. I do not know if that is the case with the entire surgical team or not, but through this cancer journey, I miss seeing a familiar face.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
There was conversation other than just medical business. They made me feel important and we had a fun conversation instead of just being a number.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not anyone’s fault, but I wish surgery scheduling was a little more seamless. It sucks having to wait 2+ weeks to find out when they can schedule. And, that might be another couple months later, or not? I just left feeling like it was very open ended and uncertain.
