I was very happy with the care I received in the office by the Dr, his nurse and office personnel. It was a great experience for an uncomfortable health problem. Outside of the office though, they are very hard to get ahold of over the phone when I have had a question or needed clarification.

I had an issue that needed attention soon. This office got me in in a very short time. This treatment similar to one I previously had. This time Dr. Zania went ( I feel) a little more aggressively. I felt result within 24 hrs. Things calmed down though not 100% yet but I’m encouraged . I am going to follow his advise for home care.

Dr. Zainea and his office staff are GREAT. The only problem I see is that they are so great that they have a very packed schedule, so getting an appointment is sometimes more delayed than you'd like, but they are worth waiting for.

Dr. Z has been my gastro for years. He also saw my dad when he was diagnosed with cancer. I’m going to sad when he retires. A very kind, compassionate doctor which is rarely found in heath care today.

Look around some more. His nurse ignored our questions completely; gave no verbal response and no indication that she'd even heard us ask.

I had an Anal Fistula. My primary didn’t know what it was and lanced it, found out it was infected with Ecoli. She referred me to general surgery that immediately sent me to Dr. Zaniea. He didn’t mess around, knew what it was. This has been a seven month process, two surgeries and one colonoscopy. There is nothing except positive words for my primary, general and Dr. Z. None of them ever made me feel uncomfortable for having to have all of my lady parts exposed to them. It was hell for me but the care from everyone, especially the people at the Reicker Center were amazing.
