NP Anita Elliott was very professional. She listened to everything I had to say about my condition and she made sure to give advice I need to make it better and if things don't work out she informed me to please call her at my earliest convenient to let her know how I was doing. I thank her and her staff very much a very professional and they really show good bedside manner. they were friendly and very attentive to my appointment.

Laura is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She takes time to ask questions, listen and explain necessary information. Everyone staff person we encountered was friendly and efficient. From my observations, it is evident that the Gastroenterology staff is overwhelmed due to lack of staff (especially doctors) and needs of community. I was due for routine colonoscopy last year. My regular Dr. put in request for this test (I am a return patient). The Gastro office contacted me in July 2025. Earliest appointment they could give me was for today, March 11, 2026.

This is the second time since 2020 I’ve had bleeding issues. Phoebe Gastroenterology has been super both times. This doctor was aware of my previous diagnosis, treatment, care, and handled thus situation accordingly. Everything was properly reviewed with me, discussed with me in detail.
