MOA was excellent and Janelle. Both listened to my issues and helped navigate me thru my concerns. Janelle was able to assist me in understanding my cardiac problems and take next steps of diagnosis and possible treatment options

I felt Janelle went to the extreme in listening to my concerns and diagnosing my possible solutions. I felt she was interested in solving my problem with the simplest approach first. I liked that. She was very well qualified and an excellent diagnostician and was not limited at all by the remote technology we were using.

Doctor visit was excellent and she listened to my concerns and explained everything to me about her findings. Impressed with her actually listened to my concerns and explained the reason for Heart monitor and reason she suggested placement of Pacemaker. She highly suggested placement which would improve quality of life and even provided samples of would be placed.Overall was a very informative meeting !!Look forward to follow up and discuss Pacemaker placement. Hesitated originally, but talking to her and my family member, present during visit made me aware it was a positive placement.She ordered patches and other meds to help me .Very satisfied with visit and outcome, as was my daughter (present) during meeting.

Janelle was excellent, my appointment was to see how my blood pressure is doing but I was having a lupus flair up and she made several suggestions to help me to get help to stop the pain I was having. She is very easy to talk to and goes out of her way to help you.

Everyone was very helpful. We arrived early due to the fact that my wife had an earlier appointment with another provider in the same building . She had an appointment with Janelle at 11 AM. We arrived around 10 AM and they were able To accommodate her earlier while she was in with Janelle she asked if she could see me to review my CTA results. She said that she would see if she could do that after her next patient before she goes to lunch which she did and we were very grateful. this is a sign that she is a dedicated provider and we like that very much.
