Front desk is exceptional ! Yanet Garcia is the best ! She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain everything. Best doctors office I've been to in Ft.Myers, Fl. Dr. [ ] is awesome too. I hope Yanet Garcia continues to see me as a patient.

The medical assistant, Yomari, was very welcoming, warm, and pleasant. She listened attentively while taking notes prior to my exam, and asked appropriate clarifying questions. Very friendly. The same can be said for Yanet Garcia...she is an excellent listener, addressed my concerns, and worked with me on how best to approach my various conditions.

Ms. Garcia was amazing. I did not feel rushed and she honestly cared about my concerns and questions. I am definitely recommending her to my coworkers, family and friends. The MA was great too. I’m sorry, I don’t remember her name. The front assistant was nice and helpful too. Everyone in this practice made me feel important. Thank you all

This location totally changed my views on Lee physician group. My old office was just very rushed, always slammed and just overall i wasn't happy with the care received from the front desk to the M.D. I would make appointments and dread going. So i scheduled this appointment at a different location and decided to give it a try and oh my i am so thankful. The staff is amazing. Super friendly, very informative and overall they truly care for their patients from the front desk to the dr and back again. Hands down awesome. I actually switched my primary over and look forward to a healthy future in great hands.

Very concerned about. Patients. Took passport and they came to pick me up and left when I was still with doctor. Left to check out and they called before I had time to ask. That deleted my wait time for my ride home.
