I was able to get a an appointment very fast thanks to the registered nurse that I spoke to over the phone and the provider that we saw in office was very nice and thorough and answered all my questions and I did not feel like the visit was rushed. We were unfortunately a little bit late to the appointment and they were understanding and accommodating. I See a lot of improvement with the Fort Myers office before the office visits took forever to be seen and I don't remember such availability for appointments.

Bristow NP is very good with patients she takes her time to explain and does not make you feel rushed or like you're doing a bad job. She is great :)

I wanted to take the time to thank Angela Frink-Bristow. She noticed an issue with my son and immediately had him referred to a specialist. He is now going to have surgery soon to correct the issue she caught during a routine physical. I really appreciate the time and energy she put into the appointment. I am going to be setting all future appointments for both of my children's to this clinic. You are doing a wonderful job and from one mom to another : thank you for keeping me informed without patronizing me. Being a parent is hard and staying informed is even harder sometimes, and I am grateful that you took the time to explain things to me and not make me feel like I dropped the ball.

Everyone greeted and made the experience great- from the security guard, receptionist (who fixed mychart lee health email notifications issue) to Raja the nurse and Angie the CNP. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and that was evident in how they treated me and my family the patients.

I love the time Angie takes with her patients, how she listens and explains things not just to the parent or just the child but has conversation with both. Appreciate her attentiveness and making appointments feel relaxed not rushed. We feel like her patients not just a task.
