Dr Shinn is always on time and his staff are always quick to call if he has been called to emergency and I need to reschedule. He is very genuine in his concern for me as a person and a patient.

She is a great doctor. Very easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. I have had a few issues this year and she has been on top of it. She has helped me find ways to resolve them. I am thankful that I have her as my doctor.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that my history of recurrent miscarriages was not taken seriously. I specifically asked about having an outpatient ultrasound since the power was out at the original office and I was being seen at a location with no ultrasound equipment. I understood that an ultrasound is standard at the initial prenatal visit, and I have also had spotting during this pregnancy as well as a documented subchorionic hemorrhage. My request was not simply for reassurance. I felt there were legitimate clinical reasons for wanting the pregnancy and hemorrhage evaluated. I was told “no” I could pay for a private scan at love at first scan if I wanted. Nicole also made dismissive comments about my care team (fertility & MFM) regarding medications that were prescribed and future orders to take place. That they weren’t up to her standards. I wanted to feel heard and have my concerns acknowledged. Since I have had nothing but disappointment and heartbreak with recurrent pregnancy losses. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unsupported. Patients with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss deserve compassion, clear communication, and consideration of their individual circumstances rather than feeling as though their concerns are simply being brushed aside. I will never see her or recommend her to anyone.

Caitlyn and her assistant (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name at the moment) were great. Very easy to talk with, they both were very informative and I was able to ask questions. They both made me feel comfortable. I left the office feeling good about my visit.

I didn’t meet Dr. Singh in person because she had an emergency and was attended by Dr. Patel. I just rated Dr. Singh high because the one who attended to me works with her and was really friendly,attentive and calm.

The first time I meet Dr. Sinnott Scott my worries were at ease because he's not like your normal doctor he actually has a heart. He possesses the skills the tools and resources to get the job done. In my case the job he needed to do was pretty difficult however, I had faith that he would remove the unnecessary fibroids from within my abdominal without having to have an incision. This is currently my third day in recovery and I'm already moving around and walking by the grace of God and by the hands of doctor Sinnott. With that being said I would highly recommend a Dr. Sinnott. I'm so grateful for all those who assisted doctors Sinnott it was a very easy calm and peaceful experience. More importantly he did an outstanding job thank you very very much!!!
