I see Nurse Practitioner Katie, she is the best person for this job. She is so welcoming and calming for anyone nervous or just having general anxiety. She’s so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable.

Katherine Castillo is a very kind and caring nurse practitioner. She takes the time to listen to your concerns . She has a very personable personality and it shows she cares about her patients .

Dr. Sam was wonderful. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a very kind and professional manner. She connected with me on a personal level too. She performed my physical exam with a gentle touch.

As mentioned above. Great physician's are hard to come by and retain. She is definitely the reason I continue to use Franciscan Alliance as my primary health system of choice.

Mccormack was a delight! We are so happy to have her along on our journey and i was so excited how quick she was to assure me to continue my certifications and training in regards to the international society of arboriculture and-my tree climbing certifications while pregnant!

She’s great - professional, friendly. But consistently runs late. At my last appointment I was called back an HOUR after my appointment time, with no indication that she was running late. I could have happily run some errands and returned had I been informed of the delay.

Excellent communication; she explained everything so eloquently and showed genuine concern and empathy. We both discussed and agreed on an appropriate treatment plan.

I like how relaxed Dr. McCarty is during our appointments, it helps me feel more relaxed during the appointment. She answers my questions with clear answers, provides good explanations, and always has a positive attitude during our appointments.

Way better experience with Dr. McCormack than Dr. Cataldi like night and day. Dr. McCormack took her time with me and explained everything and calmed my anxiety when I came in with tears nervous for my procedure. She was very considerate and made me feel very comfortable.

First visit with Catherine Castillo and she was amazing! Definitely found my new practitioner and will refer her to others! She was informative, professional and put me at ease. Office staff was also friendly and welcoming.
