I was honestly very overwhelmed going into my first visit. I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety, hormonal changes, and emotions, and I was nervous I wouldn’t be heard. I even had trouble holding back tears.
Even though the office was busy and running a bit behind, my provider took the time to truly listen to me and explain what would actually help my symptoms. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which meant so much in that moment.
When she had to step out briefly for an emergency, her student assistant stayed with me and was incredibly kind and patient, helping to calm me down. That level of compassion really stood out.
I’m so grateful for the care I received from Catherine and how supported I felt during a time when I really needed it. It made a lasting impression.
