She’s knowledgeable, efficient and NOT pushy/hostile. She listens and answers all of my questions (no matter how silly or ignorant they are).
Dr. Lam is cheerful and a bright light. She has a calming presence about but at the same time she is confident and reassuring. I Love Dr. Lam!!!
