This was my first visit with Lee Health OB/GYN and I was impressed with the ease and speed of check-in/check-out. My medical assistant was extremely thorough and Kristin was very genuine and nice, explained everything she was going to do and listened to my needs. She even prepped me for what to expect at my upcoming consult with a physician who would perform my [ ] and things to consider between now and my next appointment. I felt very at ease with the entire staff. Thank you for all that you do!

I found Kristen Fazio to be such a kind and caring midwife. She took the time to answer all of the questions I had and did not make me feel rushed at all. I was nervous to see a new provider after my last one left, but Kristen is just as amazing and I am so glad that I found her.

Kristin is one of the best OBGYN Midwives I have seen. She is always so caring and gives the best advice. I highly recommend her.

The MA who took me back was great and went through and cleaned up my med rec from a while ago. Kristin was great. She made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed, and she gave me a plan to follow up on.

The staff all seemed really informed on [ ] & were generally very affirming. Brandy (I think) and Kristin were both awesome in their listening and explaining to me what the visit would be like and what was happening.

The entire office has been amazing and quick to respond since day 1. Kristin has been incredible in all my visits with her and answers all my questions well. As a first time mom, it’s reassuring and helps me feel more at ease. Thank you!

I was very overdue for a gyno appt because I was finding it hard to find a Dr that would listen to my concerns and thoughts. I feel like I've found that w Dr. Fazio and I can't put into words how happy I am.

When Dr [ ] left, I never thought I would develop the same type of relationship with anyone else until I met Kristin. She is knowledgeable, professional, excellent listener, provides clear instructions, follows up appropriately and quickly. She an A+++ provider and would recommend her to any person looking for a new provider, they will not regret it. I have also experienced promptness and professionalism from the staff that works with her. Great team!
