Fatima restored my faith in the health care system. I left the appointment feeling heard, and thorough tests are in place to maintain my health. We recently changed to Dean insurance and my first experience with this new plan was extremely positive. Thank you!

Please tell her she is doing an amazing job being compassionate, communicative, patient, and easy to talk to! I wouldn't have known she was new if the nurse hadn't mentioned it. I REALLY appreciate my experience with her and everyone else yesterday and am looking forward to being seen again.

She listens. Takes into account many things. Explains why she has come to a decision if asked. And is very kind.
I do enjoy having her as my doctor. I haven’t had a primary doctor in so long, I don’t remember who my last one was. I am happy she is who I have now.

Dr. Jaiteh was extremely kind and warm when listening to my concerns and making sure that I felt heard and included in decisions. She made sure that all of my concerns were addressed in a time sensitive manner and prioritized the most serious of concerns.
