APRN Fasolo and her assistant Yasmin were very efficient, professional, and thorough. It was my first time meeting both of them and I recommended them to my wife if she ever needs an appointment at the office.

Leah Fasolo was kind , caring and resourceful. She listened to my concerns and helped me decide what medications to take or try, due to the fact I have a lot of problems with medications. The nurse that took my vitals and did the EKG was kind caring and respectful and easy to communicate with.

Jasmine was very good, professional and very good at what she did. Leah was exceptional and vey in tuned with what was being said. I hope I get her again.

Yasmine guided me in and out of the examining room and helped me make another appt. Leah was exceptional in all areas. She listened, explained, shared her thinking, and considered my opinion. She was master-of- fact in a compassionate way.
