Walking into MD ANDERSON CANCER CTR in of itself was surreal for me. I never thought I would contract cancer with no family history. The level of care thus far has been amazing. From the moment you walk thru the doors you can feel the compassion from the staff. From registration to meeting my care team they made me feel like a VIP.

Dr Ahmad and his team keep me informed about what procedures that might be required in advance so that there were no unexpected changes in my surgery. I had daily visits from Dr Ahmad or a member of his staff checking on my post operation progress, making sure I had no infections and my incisions were healing properly.
