I feel like the overall facility was great. I just would have loved to know if it was a Mac facility just in case I wanted to be put under anesthesia, but the medications that they gave were totally fine. So that's all I wanted to know, and they did a great job. Thank you.

The doctor did not look me in the eye during his assessment. He spent all of his time with me staring and typing on the computer. I felt totally dehumanized. It was like talking to a machine.

I was surprised that my surgery couldn’t be done at M Health, Maple Grove as the laparoscopic equipment isn’t available there. I’ll be going to Princeton Hospital. It’s not a big issue, but was more difficult to arranged transportation.

Efficient and expedient process. Dr. Traynham and his assistant Janet were professional and knowledgable. Janet was refreshing and upbeat. Dr. Traynham provided detailed next steps and answered questions patiently.

I think the OR crew in Princeton does an excellent job of educating pre-op, taking care of the patient in the perioperative/intraoperative areas (admit to discharge), and is good about follow up. I feel very comfortable having procedures/surgery in Princeton.
