I would highly recommend the Maple Grove Outpatient Surgical Center to anyone. The team is professional, friendly, and made the procedure easy from start to finish.

I think the OR crew in Princeton does an excellent job of educating pre-op, taking care of the patient in the perioperative/intraoperative areas (admit to discharge), and is good about follow up. I feel very comfortable having procedures/surgery in Princeton.

I am calling this to say that I believe if a woman is given a procedure, especially one where they're put to sleep and in a vulnerable position like I was, to not just have men in the procedure room. There was four or five men in there, I was told when I had asked, because I assumed that there should always be at least one woman, and there wasn't, and I feel like that can put women in a very uncomfortable situation. They did end up bringing in somebody for me, But there was not one on staff that was actually supposed to be in the procedure room. This could be very upsetting for women that have past experiences or history of things with men, putting them in that vulnerable position. I looked it up. It said ethically that it is recommended that facilities always have at least one female present or something like that. And I think as a facility, I would appreciate that. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't go in the future, just not knowing

The procedure itself isn't really bad at all. (although the undignified feeling.) The staff did NOT make it seem that way at all and it went very well. The prep at home is the more difficult part!

Okay, during the surgery, I really admired the dissemination of information. It was easy for me to understand how to go along with the operation because every information was clear. And when I went to the facility, the care provider, Dr. Brown, along with the other nurses, were very nice to me. So I already recommended 2% to your facility for good customer service and the way you take care of people. Thank you.

The receptionist, the nurse, and Dr. Robert Brownawll was very kind and very polite and very helpful. I have no problem with anyone I would recommend them and the clinic to anybody and everybody .
