Fernando was amazing He gave excellent description of my health issues with my Mom and Husband. I have a very complex problem that requires a [ ] and he answered all of questions , addressed every concern . Once he felt everyone understood , he got Dr [ ] to come discuss the [ ]. They both are very kind , compassionate and know their speciality!

The entire staff at the [ ] department deserves kudos. Everyone is professional, friendly and never appears to be rushed. They actually look at you and treat you with kindness. I would never hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. The practice is a wonderful example of how a medical office should be run.

I don’t usually fill out these surveys, but given the overall excellence of Lee Neurosurgery I feel they deserve this Very Positive Review. Camille took Vitals and was efficient professional and personable. Fernando is always friendly, an excellent listener and explainer. I never feel rushed or that my concerns are trivial. I leave knowing what has gone on and comfortable with his suggestions. The Waiting Area and Consultation Room was clean and tidy. I was on time and taken within five minutes. Checkout was quick and easy. I feel comfortable recommending Dr Lin’s group to anyone needing to see a Neurosurgeon.

Dr.. Baez’s was caring and through in explaining our next steps in recovery. He agreed to supervise weaning off of [ ] meds, when we could not find a doctor to see us within the nine day that the drugs were finishing. We were pleased with Dr. [ ] and his staff. And highly recommend them.
