I was Dr Lambert’s last patient of the day. My office visit required my issues to be treated prior to a total knee revision surgery. Dr Lambert went above and beyond by staying late beyond office hours, spending one full hour addressing all of my medical issues and questions. Her staff stayed late as well to assist with my medical care. The nurse that triaged me is very kind, understanding, supportive and knowledgable as well. Dr Lambert is a true leader with the highest level of patient care standards for her staff. The entire staff (including Dr Lambert) has a uniquely genuine concern to listen to patient’s needs, then meet ideal medical outcomes and routinely exceed patient expectations. .
