He listens, provides feedback, is caring and compassionate, an excellent doctor, knows his pharmacology very well, easily talks with patients, really, he could not be a better doctor. I personally sought him out after working with a same specialist doctor in Sacramento. He's wonderful.

Dr Murphy is professional, thorough, well meaning, caring and friendly. Although she was late for my last appointment, it is totally understandable because she is a surgeon and I was on the other side when Dr Murphy showed up, after hours and on her time, to help me when I had a strangulated hernia.

The front reception team was extremely friendly and thoughtful. They even apologized for a delay, though there wasn’t one, which shows how considerate they are. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. When I moved from one room to another, another team member went out of her way to say hello, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t believe how friendly and kind Dr. Prasad was. He answered every single question I had and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated his gentle yet expressive techniques, and I left feeling fully confident that if I decide to have a procedure, he would be the one I trust.
