I feel as if I could trust her to tell me the whole story in any given situation. I felt like she did that. My pause in replying I think helped her become aware that I was confused at one point and so she took a few extra moments to make sure I was comfortable with the answers she provided. I really appreciate considering that Doctors are so squeezed by the insurance companies that that unwillingly and unintentionally they rush the patient to rush to the next one. Gone are the days we had enjoy time to talk to our doctors.

Looking at planning surgery can be stressful for a patient, I’m definitely a classic example Lol, Dr. Kwan was very sensitize, and I felt she understood my anxiety about the surgery process.

He listens, provides feedback, is caring and compassionate, an excellent doctor, knows his pharmacology very well, easily talks with patients, really, he could not be a better doctor. I personally sought him out after working with a same specialist doctor in Sacramento. He's wonderful.

Dr Murphy is professional, thorough, well meaning, caring and friendly. Although she was late for my last appointment, it is totally understandable because she is a surgeon and I was on the other side when Dr Murphy showed up, after hours and on her time, to help me when I had a strangulated hernia.
