That she is a great doctor who explained everything to me very thoroughly very kind and the staff at Epic care was great I was strongly recommend this doctor in the office as I had a little to no pain…! After my surgery.

Dr. Kwan is clearly a very skilled surgeon. Not only did she repair the hernia that I had, but there was zero post operation pain. Recovery has been easy as well. She and her staff provided the clear and requisite information with respect to what to expect during the procedure, preparations, and post surgery care.

I have recommended multiple people to Dr Kwan , the program is clear and easy to follow in the 1 yr I have been managed by DrKwan I lost enough weight to have my knee replaced and continue to loose wt by my choice. I never thought I would loose over 100 pounds and am the first to let people know it is because of Dr Kwan.

It was an amazing experience. I have been trying to get bariatric surgery since 2016. I've been through many bariatric surgery seminars, including with Kaiser and a surgeon from Central Florida. Dr. Kwan has been the only one who, before determining or recommending any type of surgery, referred me to have some studies done on my stomach first before recommending the type of surgery. That alone confirmed to me that I was in good hands. Dr. Kwan was always very professional and knowledgeable. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to go through the process again if it is with Dr. Kwan.

I was impressed in almost every respect. We had an excellent first meeting in which we decided upon a hernia surgery. She saw me before the surgery (with the anesthesiologist) and she briefed me and answered my questions. As far as I know the surgery went well. We had a good zoom call two weeks after the surgery. My only slight criticism is that it would have been nice, when I woke up from the surgery, to talk to her and hear her say, “Everything went fine.” Dr. Kwan did call my wife to tell her that, which was great, but I would have liked to hear it from her directly. But perhaps she was in another surgery and couldn’t do it.
