Well it’s been 5 days and I still haven’t gotten the results back from my visit. That’s the longest I’ve ever waited from any doctor so I’ve been anxious all week.

The person who took me back didn’t introduce herself or her role, and she used my dead name. They took pictures of me without asking if they could or if I was okay with that. And then the dermatologist spent less then 5 minutes in the room.

I was warmly greeted by the front desk associates and didn't wait long before meeting with the medical assistant, Betsy. Betsy was quick & thorough with my onboarding, explaining in advance what the doctor might ultimately suggest. My experience with the Dr. Rubenstein was lovely. She was professional, understanding and had immediate answers to my concerns.

Check in was fast and easy and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. Dr. Rubinstein was great as always. She is efficient and fast, but never makes me feel as if she is rushing or unable to answer any of my questions. The physician assistant was also very good.

During my appointment I was prescribed medication. The prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, I had to call 2 days later to request the prescription be sent. Additionally I was going to be given a quote for a procedure discussed during my appointment. I was never provided the quote and even asked for it a second time when I called about my prescription.

There seemed to be some confusion about the purpose of my visit which was to get a full body scan. When I was told I would need to return for a second visit, I protested. The problem was resolved and I received a full body scan and a biopsy that was needed.
