A great experience! She is personable, friendly and attentive and really listens to her patients. In just three months she has prescribed a regimen that has cleared my teen's acne. My teen is happy and has regained her confidence. Thank you Dr. Rubenstein! Highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable right away at my first visit. Everyone was very professional and focused on my needs. Dr. Rubenstein knew how to treat me and came up with a plan to help me meet my goals. She also is great at helping me understand the process. I would recommend!

Dr. Rubenstein is great about describing treatment processes to manage expectations. She also shares other options. Very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend her. The staff is friendly, too.

They were shortstaffed, so I felt rushed compared to when I’m usually there

My appointment started nearly 40 minutes late, and I never received any updates or was told the doctor was running behind. It was also extremely hot in the waiting room. I had a cosmetic consultation, so it was a paid consult (no insurance), and it felt rushed and not very thorough. I waited longer than the doctor actually spoke to me. To top it all off, I had an adverse reaction that I reported to the clinic afterward, and the person who called me back was dismissive and didn’t take me seriously. Also, the reception desk scheduled my follow-up appointments with the wrong provider.

I enjoyed the doctor a lot. What I did not enjoy was telling the First Lady my entire history and background and why I was there just to then have to repeat everything I had just said to the other lady to the doctor. Seemed like an inefficient amount of time was spent repeating what I had just said. The appointment felt a little rushed also .
