My surgery happened fast after my first appointment. Followed up with me always listened to what I had to say. I'm very satisfied with everyone in this office

Very professional and courteous to me. I was given a very clear understanding of what my surgical procedure entailed, which I very much appreciated, I don’t like surprises. I feel prepared for my surgery.

From my first contact and follow up after left hip surgery, I felt confident in her caring approach. I was especially impressed in the surgical process and training aids for the procedure. She was well spoken and cleat of the outcomes and after surgery.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Usually I would say excellent. But I had surgery on [Date] and never received a follow-up call to see how I was doing! And I had a sling put on after my surgery and it was put on incorrectly

All went well and questions were answered. I also feel perfectly comfortable, if more questions arise, I feel perfectly comfortable calling the office back and getting all the answers I need.!!

I trust Dr Beltink and the office, I counted on him to do my knee replacement, he did one on 2019 and I am pleased with that one and Ism currently pleased with today’s surgery .

I wish they had a printout of my surgical operation. She said she couldn't print it out because if it was in the medical records. I would like to have my print out on my surgical procedure

Every single person I spoke with, from reception, to nursing to Ellie, were ALL outstanding. I felt like I was heard, and responded to, my concerns were addressed and another appt was set up sooner than planned to discuss my concerns.

I arrived 30min it’s early due to my other appt ended early. I brought a book assuming I’d be waiting a bit, but they got me in early! And therefore I was out early!

The office is difficult to navigate! Whenever I call with a question I rarely receive a return call. If I call Ellie’s number I always get a call back. The Doctors and nurses are excellent at this office, The office staff needs improvement.

Ellie was very friendly and listened carefully to my questions and answered them all very thoroughly. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Alpena Orthopedics is fortunate to have her on their ortho team. I was definitely impressed!!
