My surgery happened fast after my first appointment. Followed up with me always listened to what I had to say. I'm very satisfied with everyone in this office

Very professional and courteous to me. I was given a very clear understanding of what my surgical procedure entailed, which I very much appreciated, I don’t like surprises. I feel prepared for my surgery.

From my first contact and follow up after left hip surgery, I felt confident in her caring approach. I was especially impressed in the surgical process and training aids for the procedure. She was well spoken and cleat of the outcomes and after surgery.

Usually I would say excellent. But I had surgery on [Date] and never received a follow-up call to see how I was doing! And I had a sling put on after my surgery and it was put on incorrectly

All went well and questions were answered. I also feel perfectly comfortable, if more questions arise, I feel perfectly comfortable calling the office back and getting all the answers I need.!!
