This facility is beautiful and clean. The front desk/receptionist is incredibly personable and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. The nursing staff/ back office was kind, considerate and very professional. The doctor is incredible! I have never had a male gynecologist, I was beyond comfortable in his presence. He was extraordinarily intelligent, professional, and courteous. I know that I am in the greatest care with this doctor and all of the staff! I Highly recommend this care team!

From walking in the front door people were friendly and helpful. The volunteers got me to where I needed to be and with whom I needed to see. The nurse was friendly and efficient. As a new patient of Dr.El Masry, I was pleased that he took time to get to know me. He was friendly and listened to my concerns and my answers to his questions. I would highly recommend both Dr. El Masry and this Lee Health Facility.

Yes. Dr EL Masry treated me very well. There was one problem, however. He told me to let him know the salve that I wanted. He told me to send him a picture of the [ ] but since I didn't know how to do that, I wrote the name down in the My Chart form. I haven't heard back from him.

the ultrasound tech Caroline was very patient as baby was being so stubborn and didn’t want to switch positions. she gave me an opportunity to go walk around and see if it would help. she explained everything super well and made us feel welcome and really took her time to do the [ ] and did not feel rushed at all◡̈

Dr. El Masry was great in providing me service from the beginning to the end. He spoke to me like a brother would to explain whatever stupid or not stupid question I had and i thank him for that. And his team mostly at the plaza next to ruby tuesday is extremely welcoming, nice and accommodating. I will certainly recommend him and his staff in the future! Thank you for a great service until next year! Best of luck

I was happy that I got to see Dr. Elmasry for my recent [ ]. This a provider that I will recommend to any woman who likes to have a MD who listens to you, involves you in your care, and takes time to explain things to you.

I came to the office for my annual exam and was immediately greeted by friendly professional staff. My medical assistant Zoemy was awesome. I did not see any spirit awards, but if there was one, I would definitely give it to her. She’s a true asset to your office.

I have so much fear going to the doctor and I felt so safe with Dr. El Masry and the nurse. I am grateful that they care about my comfort and Dr. El Masry always listens. Also, the office is nice and clean.

I can't say enough good things about the doctor and his team. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They each take the time to be sure I understand the process of everything. I am very happy with the procedures and the direction we went with everything. I always feel safe when I am there.

Dr. El Masry is awesome. I love the way he took his time to explain what is wrong and how he found it. Then we discussed the results and how we go forward an what the next steps are. He wasn't rushed or annoyed when I asked questions about how the process will go or what he will do.

The entire staff was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and that they cared about my well being. Dr El Masry was incredible. I have never visited a doctor that was so sincerely was interested in my history and issues. I would highly recommend him and the Lee Physician group to all my friends.
