I came to the office for my annual exam and was immediately greeted by friendly professional staff. My medical assistant Zoemy was awesome. I did not see any spirit awards, but if there was one, I would definitely give it to her. She’s a true asset to your office.

New to the area, drs were in my insurance network. Convenient location for me. Regular routine yearly visit with no issues. Was in and out in an hour. Friendly Dr.

I have so much fear going to the doctor and I felt so safe with Dr. El Masry and the nurse. I am grateful that they care about my comfort and Dr. El Masry always listens. Also, the office is nice and clean.

Dr. El Masry was kind, considerate and efficient. I came from a different office where I was not treated well and from the moment I made my first phone call to schedule I have experienced nothing but caring and compassionate people. You guys are awesome!

I can't say enough good things about the doctor and his team. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They each take the time to be sure I understand the process of everything. I am very happy with the procedures and the direction we went with everything. I always feel safe when I am there.

Every one I have encountered at this facility at Via Coconut is very friendly & efficient. Appointments are made easily & in a timely manner. My appointment with Dr. El Masry was professional & he and his staff were very thorough...answered any & all questions.

Dr Masry exceeded my expectations addressing multiple health concerns in a new pt visit. Superior care!! Zoemy paid close attention to detail with my health history, made great eye contact, was warm and friendly.

Dr. El Masry is awesome. I love the way he took his time to explain what is wrong and how he found it. Then we discussed the results and how we go forward an what the next steps are. He wasn't rushed or annoyed when I asked questions about how the process will go or what he will do.

The entire staff was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and that they cared about my well being. Dr El Masry was incredible. I have never visited a doctor that was so sincerely was interested in my history and issues. I would highly recommend him and the Lee Physician group to all my friends.

I am very pleased with the care I received by Dr ElMasry and everyone involved with my visit. Zoemy my medical assistant is very friendly and professional. Vickey the ultrasound tech is very knowledgeable and has a comforting way about her. Dr El Masry is excellent and explained everything in detail about my treatment plan. I can't say enough about how pleasant my visit was.

From the front desk staff to the nurses in passing, to Dr. El Masry himself. I cannot recommend this office enough. Scheduling was a breeze, the receptionist was kind and compassionate to my concerns. The staff opened doors, were extremely patient and easy going. Dr. El Masry was efficient and direct yet did not rush my appointment. This was my first appointment here and I am beyond impressed with how clean it is and how kind the entire staff was. Thank you for your time, your patients appreciate you all!

The experience was excellent. I found the doctor and nurse to be very thorough. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome to the practice. The wait time in the lobby was a little bit long, but well worth it.
