ASHRAF was polite RESPECTFUL ..PAID ATTENTION TO OUR QUESTIONS REPLIED WITH 'UNDERSTANDABLE' ANSWERS - UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CONCERNS - INFORMED US OF POSSIBLE MEDICAL IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH 'MEDS' WITH A POSSIBLE 'EXTRA WIRE ADDED TO EXISTING PACEMAKER' <3 (( WIFE SAID 'HEY HE LISTENED TO WHAT WE SAID' !!! UNDERSTOOD WE HAD ISSUES WITH 'OTHERS' NOT LISTENING.

Julian the staff that checked me in, was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond, she was very compassionate about my situation and went to work on getting me to see my doctor. She was my Angel on earth. Thanks for having such a wonderful person in your company. Dr El-Dabh, thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to see me yesterday, listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. You are truly a blessing to me, my family and this company.
