The concern of my low blood pressure and my needing to go to the ER. They were going to call 911 but they let my wife take me to Gulf Coast hospital being it was right across the street from the office.

Dr. El-Dabh is caring, friendly, and professional. He listens and hears what I have to say. He speaks with me and doesn't talk down to me. And above all, I attribute his care and treatment of my cardiac issues over the years to my continued health.

I was very happy ( 5 star) with the attention that I was given by all levels of staff from the woman who checked me in, to the nurse who did my EKG, to the conversation and examination by Dr. El-Dabh, and lastly from the staff that scheduled my next appointment.

Dr. El-Dabh should be considered a credit to his profession and a remarkable asset to his patients. He is understanding and caring. He listens to, and hears, the patient. I leave his office confident in his diagnosis, advice and treatment.

I recognize every single staff member I came in contact with. Check in was effortless as well as checkout. Both employees kind and attentive. Miguel introduced himself as my medical assistant which I appreciated very much. I had a feeling that I "mattered" to him. He should be cloned! Dr.El-Dabh was personable and very thorough. I felt the valued and I appreciated every courtesy I was given.

Upon check out a young lady by the name of Lori assisted me and she has helped me many many times and she is just very pleasant and knows what to do. I highly recommend her. She is an asset.

ASHRAF was polite RESPECTFUL ..PAID ATTENTION TO OUR QUESTIONS REPLIED WITH 'UNDERSTANDABLE' ANSWERS - UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CONCERNS - INFORMED US OF POSSIBLE MEDICAL IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH 'MEDS' WITH A POSSIBLE 'EXTRA WIRE ADDED TO EXISTING PACEMAKER' <3 (( WIFE SAID 'HEY HE LISTENED TO WHAT WE SAID' !!! UNDERSTOOD WE HAD ISSUES WITH 'OTHERS' NOT LISTENING.

Julian the staff that checked me in, was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond, she was very compassionate about my situation and went to work on getting me to see my doctor. She was my Angel on earth. Thanks for having such a wonderful person in your company.
