Dr Chay took his time and explained multiple things to me. There was no sense of rushing through the appointment. I would highly recommend him.

Always a bright "spot" in the visit to have him as the Dr. He is upfront with everything, but pushes nothing he doesn't feel sure that you need and is a good "wait and see" Dr. if nothing immediate. He's just a BUSY Dr., but gives us the time when in the office.

Dr. Chay and his assistant Lorraine took their time with my appointment. Never felt rushed. Even though I will eventually have cataract surgery and Dr. Chay could have easily convinced me it was time but he did not.

Dr. Chay is very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. He is patient and listens to and treats with respect any concerns you have. He explains things to your comfort level and makes you feel that you are both working as a team to keep your eyes healthy.
