The staff was amazing and so sweet to my daughter. One staff member was so sweet to our girl he put an oxygen reader on her baby doll before he put it on her to help calm her down. It was by far the sweetest thing I have ever seen. And I wish I got his name. It touched my mama heart thank u for being ao kind to my poor sick baby girl. U truly made her feel safer. She was Definitely scared of her doctor sue to the face mask but u have to be safe with the proper PPE as well. I own my own cleaning business i clean medical buildings i would love to help clean ur building for the children and staff. Being clean helps keep down the spread of all these crazy sickness going around bless u all

The intake receptionists put the correct information on the wrong chart...She saw 2 similar names and probably thought it was a mistake and didn't question it....I had to go to medical records to have the records corrected.

First time taking one of my children to the ER and we were treated very well, everyone was nice and thorough! Obviously was feeling stressed but my kid was seen and treated quickly and we weren’t there for hours waiting on anything

We brought our teenage son in for a migraine and everyone was absolutely amazing, especially the physician who treated him. We were really grateful for the speed at which he was able to get relief (even though, to his complete dismay, that treatment did include getting an IV). As his parents, we could not have been happier with the help we received. Thank you so much for restoring our typically surly teen to us.

We were taken to a private room on the adult side and the dr and nurses were amazing with my son and made him feel at ease not scared. The nurse was so careful clean my sons wound and wrapping it up. I thank them for the care they took with my 6 yr old.

Dr Gassen has treated both of my children as infants. He has been pleasant and informative both times. In fact I was happy he was the provider this second go around. The nurse was helpful, communicative and always asked if I needed anything. Treatment was fast and explained very well.

Very friendly staff and I felt they actually cared about my child's outcome and cared about and respected my husband and I. I was also given some options regarding follow up care which I appreciated being out of town and the physician actually included our opinions in certain decision making. Thank you thank you.

I love the pediatric unit in midtown. My kids feel so comfortable there. Not so when I’ve taken them to regular er. Renown off Mill street go way above and beyond explaining everything to my children so they understand. I’m very thankful for the service the nurses and the ER Dr provide.

We are so grateful for Dr.Hudson who took care of our son during this visit. He made sure our son had a thorough evaluation and didnt turn him away just because he was a little difficult to deal with. It has been our experience in the past that Dr's. Dont spend enough time with him due to his Autism. Thank you Dr Hudson for finally helping us get some answers for our son.

I am so grateful renown has an Emergency Room dedicated to pediatric patients. The doctor I think his name is Dr Sorensen was nice kind efficient got us in and out. The nurse was also great. Please give her credit.

The entire crew, including Dr. Haran and Nurse Sidney, and I believe her name was Nurse Hannah, were incredibly kind and supportive and made a very scary experience tolerable. And I felt very well cared for. I felt that they totally took my son's well-being seriously and put him as a priority.

I was at the children’s ER 3 days in a row and the staff was truly incredible! When we got moved up to the 4th floor, we were welcomed with such grace! Thanks for having such an incredible team to care for our kiddos!

I really appreciated the doc coming out and taking care of something that turned out to be far less severe than anticipated. And no one castigated us for being over concerned. We were in and out faster than ever. My son was embarrassed at first because it turned out to be nothing. But the staff assured him he did the right thing and assuaged his concerns. Beautifully done.

Dr. Gassen, specialist Angela, and nurse Morgan were amazing and made a difficult time seem easy! They were incredibly skilled and put my 7 year old and myself at ease with the laceration plan.

The attending emergency room doctor was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner was stellar. Immediately when he walked in the room, me and my son felt completely at ease. The attending nurse was just as amazing.
