Miranda was very welcoming. She was very thorough in the questions and my responses. Her recommendations for my continuing good health were explain thoroughly. She double checked if I had any more questions since I tend to forget things are my concern.. Her advice on my continuing care was welcoming, and comforting.

The entire staff, from check-in to check out, scheduling everybody is wonderful very positive very professional. You definitely get the feeling that they care about you and your condition. It is night and day from my previous doctor. I have recommended their office to many people already. They’re great.

I love how everyone I saw throughout the visit was pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxing with the calm music on the TV. No shows that have cussing and or inappropriate behavior or language. I am very appreciative of that.

Jeanine at the front desk. She was teaching confidence to a new employee checking me in. I have personally written training programs for front end large companies. Jeanine was a treasure and a very behind the scenes professional. Allowing the new person to learn by doing is a best practice while training. I was impressed by her hands off, but still hands on professionialism.

All the employees in that pulmonary office were excellent. They all excelled at every job that I saw them do and their courtesy was exemplary. I was very thankful that their front desk got me in on the same day that I called it was miraculous.
