The medical assistant was awesome and so was the doctor. That was the first male pro idea I have ever had for a Papsmear and he made me feel very comfortable and not awkward at all, which I was initially iffy about. He didnt make me wait long to be seen and he was through with the procedure very quickly which was great. Definitely recommend.

Dr Duerkes was amazing - I had scheduled this bc I had such a bad experience with my prior gyn of Lee Health and Dr Duerkes validated what I was experiencing (and what the other dr had also confirmed but not shared with me) and prescribed meds I had been asking the previous provider for for months and repeatedly even after the FDA came out publicly and reversed it prior stance on hormone replacement therapy. Dr Duerkes' sat there and listened and got the whole history which is a lot bc I've been seeing a dr literally every week it seems to figure out all these issues I have been having.

I do not recall the medical assistants name but she was amazing. Very sweet and personable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Outstanding the great service received as a patient, the staff Is friendly and professional. I've been seeing Dr Duerkes for years now and he had always took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided clear explanations. I felt very comfortable throughout the visit. Great team.

I was greeted immediately. I didn't have an updated insurance card, it was no problem they called tje insurance company for new information. Extremely helpful! Alsomy family doctors office failed to provide lab results, the staff had them in twenty minutes!

To be honest I've never had a visit where I didn't get the information I needed, not once. I was provided information about my maternity leave and everything. I'm truly blessed with the best help as possible .

Everyone in the office from the front desk to the doctor was very clearly spoken. The facilities were very clean and very appreciated by me. I felt very safe comfortable. The doctor took enough time to talk to me and listen to my concerns and explain the procedures that he would be doing on my visit before he did them. Doctors assistant was in the room felt very comfortable with her very at ease and felt like he honestly did care about my health issues. Thank you very much Lee health.

Dr Duerkes was excellent. I had to get my mother on the lines because I am [ ] and she helps me understand some of the things that the doctor is saying. The Dr was very patient in explaining my condition to us

He is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing and address my concerns. He was very gentle and kind, making the whole experience positive, I felt very comfortable during the visit. I highly recommend him!

The medical assistant who checked me in was wonderful, had such a kind, caring, calm energy and was very attentive. After being in the waiting room for quite a while before my appointment and overhearing that there were multiple delays in patients ahead of me, I was so pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Duerkes come into the room, unrushed, take the time to connect with me as a patient and human, and provide a thorough evaluation and next steps. Ahead of time, he was very proactive in ordering the [ ] needed so we could discuss the [ ] in person. Highly recommend him and the team there - thank you for all you do for your patients every day.

Doctor duerkes,James, im so thankful i came into this appointment a bit scared but he was able to address all my questions. When i forgot to ask something he came back within a few minutes to assist, this is the first time i seen a doctor do that. I’m so thankful i had him it’s the first time i see such a caring doctor.
