If Dr. Allison doesn't know an answer to a question I have, he'll say "I don't know!"...pull his phone out, and we'll Google the question together. I appreciate that.

I switched to Arbor Health at Mossyrock in January of this year. To date, I’ve had 2 appointments and each time, the customer service I’ve received has been absolutely top notch!

He is consistent with giving me and my husband both copies of handwritten notes about lowering weight and diabetes maintenance at each visit. For all my other issues, pain management for fused back, abdominal paresis, etc. he is no help. Dr. McCurry had me under excellent pain management and helped me to live my life with hope, Dr Allison will NOT handle my pain management but will help welfare people I have talked to so I don’t understand. I will be looking for another provider as soon as I can so that I can have ALL my issues dealt with and not be ran all over Olympia trying to find a “specialist” when I had perfectly fine medical with Dr McCurry.

He is always patient and understanding and gives you options when needed. He explains everything well and with my last experience that put me in the hospital, if it had not been for Dr. Allison and his recommendation I would be in a worse position than ever. I am very grateful to him. He is an awesome doctor.

No not at all . Dr Allison dropped the ball in my opinion regarding my neck pain He wasn’t as concerned as I until my MRI showed a real emergency surgery was needed. Time to find a new doctor

I have dual insurance coverage. On this last visit, the office staff had them incorrect on the paperwork as to who was primary. Not really a big deal, but it's the third time that it had to be straightened out.

He explained something my specialist didn't seem to have time to explain to me. He doesn't always have time to hear all of my issues and he lets me know that my time has run out and he would hear about it the next time. I was confused because I was the only patient in the waiting room when I went in and was still the only patient in the waiting room when I came out--didn't seem too busy at all.
