She worked well with my specialty care doctor to come up with a correct treatment plan. When I spent the night in the hospital, she stopped by to say hi and also to encourage me to make an appointment as soon as I was discharged. At that appointment that I was able to get right away, we discussed my treatment plan and adjusted my medication‘s. This gave me the confidence to know that I was being well cared for.

I appreciate Dr. Quoc Ho. I have only had a few doctors in my lifetime that I felt I was getting excellent care. I am greatful. He should receive honors.

This appointment was just to establish myself as a new patient. I was impressed by Dr. Acosta’s manner. She put me at ease right away, is a good listener and explains things clearly. Very positive experience.

He actually cares about his patients. He listens to you concerns and is eager to help you to figure out what is wrong, so I can get better and get back to hiking. He lets me make the choices I want, not just tell me what is going to be done. I recently changed Drs from Thurston County to Mossyrock and could not be happier. Thank you Dr Ho, Arbor Health. You are all a breath of fresh air and the way Dr's used to be.

Dr. Ho brings you into the decision process. By doing this the patient is more likely to follow up with proper care as they are in agreement with the treatment.

I feel she was an excellent Doctor in the beginning. However, I think she hasn't been up to par (if not for a lack of words I wanted to use). I will be searching for another care provider outside of Arbor Health. Sorry...

Everything was good, No problems. I'm in the process of changing my sleep Doctor from Olympia to Dr. Acosta, and will be making an appointment sometime in July of this year to discuss a sleep test.

Dr Acosta is the best family doctor I have had in the last few years at arbor health. She listens to me and has great advice. Hope she is able to stay in Mossyrock for a long time.

Christy goes above and beyond and is always patient and informative. Dr. Allison is excellent. Every person at the Mossyrock Clinic is excellent and always courteous and respectful. We feel fortunate to have them! Our thanks to all of them,

My doctor had already researched my medical records that had been sent- Dr Ho, he was so great and reception is so great and professional and Margaret that does blood work was awesome. So happy we found Arbor Health

Margaret is excellent at drawing blood! Her skill is never painful and never causes bruising. Dr Acosta and her medical assistant, Julie, are an excellent team! I drive 1 hour each way to receive their superior care. The receptionists at this office are always extremely pleasant. I highly recommend others come here for a quality experience.

Julie LPN IS FANTASTIC, as well as the German lab tech!! And Dr Acosta is great. She seems to listen and care and allows some time to listen and explain the plan. The front office staff is nearly always unfriendly, ignore people walking in, no smiles, and are quite uninviting and dry, almost robotic and institutional in their addressing patients. My 3 visits have all felt the same. Like I was a problem taking up their time. Had it not been for Julie and Dr Acosta I’d have chosen a new facility. Also, I would recommend them splitting their lunches so that the office can remain open for business during the lunch hour, it is too long of a time that the office is locked for lunch, although there are plenty of staff members where they could shift their lunches around. The cutting of the trees looks awful. Very sad to see it clear cut, it’s esthetically lost its character. I mentioned this. Because I really noticed, and it was also mentioned by the other 3 patients in the lobby.

Dr Ho is an outstanding provider and I feel very lucky to have him in charge of my healthcare so close to home. He is one of the best doctors I have had in my lifetime!!!

Sometimes, I have questions pertaining to my medicines.. I was taking my thyroid medicine wrong..am I okay. She checked and just asked me to start taking my medicine in the morning, empty stomach.. been filling much better now .

He and his assistant allowed to fit me in to provide me the help I needed so they could get my sample to them, and she coordinated with the pharmacy to speed up me getting my prescription immediately to get it started working. [ ]

Im having a difficult time trying to get two referrals and use the Kaiser Permanente communications system that is supposed to be communicating with riffe medical. Also i had dr. Ho recently and we started down a diagnostic "path" and have been waiting for a specialist . In the mean time i switched to kaiser and was told dr. Ho is not on their preferred list. Arbor health says he should be on the list. So then i had to get a "lets get acquainted" visit with dr. Allison. I use to see dr. Allison regularly before dr. Ho. Ive been waiting since may or april for the lung specialist and also for an ENT. I finally got in after the first ENT "denied" seeing me. Now im waiting for an ear CT. ..which is supposed to be at morton hospital .l have not heard . Ive been having drainage, dizziness, nausea, and balance problems... From APRIL!! The other referral is for urologist . Kaiser communications again may be the biggest problem. Could someone call me to talk further to try to help me
