Dr Ho was kind and listened to all my concerns. Never once did he say you can only speak about 1 thing. He treated me with respect, not like i was just another number. He listened and was professional.

Not at this time. I was referred to Dr. Acosta by my primary for a sleep study eval. This questionnaire is untimely. I have not completed all the testing. It is very unfair.

Yes Dr Allison and his nurse Chrissy are like a well oiled machines they work in communicate well between each other for patients concerns and issues. I have no problem with either Dr Allison or his assistants and the staff there are wonderful. In the 8 years or so I've been going there I have chose to stay for these reasons they are always very kind and polite and concerned about my welfare and privacy, I could not ask for a better medical team.

Everyone was so friendly and helped me with what I needed. Victoria Acosta is great! Shoutout to Margaret as well who made me feel more comfortable when she drew blood.

Dr Ho is the best Doctor I have had at this clinic that I have been going to for 25 years. I feel he has managed to make this a better clinic. He listens, he is empowering the patient to become involved in their health. I can actually tell the difference in the attitude of the staff. It’s a better clinic now. I hope he stays as I am no longer hesitant to seek medical advice. I had prior to this been looking to change my provider and did exactly that, but the doctor I chose was unavailable, so I didn’t bother going to this clinic until I needed to. I was met with a special surprise, a doctor who seems to care and spends time listening to my concerns. I feel now I have a partner in my health care.

Carolyn showed honest care & concern when she heard I was off of 2 of my medications. She urged me to get back on them even though I was feeling okay at the time. She was correct as I started to become easily agitated & angry the next week. She made sure I was scheduled for an appointment with the Psychiatrist in the next 2 weeks.

Dr. Ho made sure I understood what was happening to me, and gave me many ways that I could improve, manage and care for my condition. I appreciate his knowledge, concern, and willingness to help me get my health back on track.

Dr Quoc spent a good amount of time with me. I love that he doesn’t push medication as a problem solver. And looks to find the cause of issues that I am having. So that I can solve the problem hopefully naturally without medication.

The clinic staff treat you like family. They are friendly and helpful. Dr Ho is a great doctor. I am very thankful to have him as my PCP. He explains everything so I understand and I feel like he gives thorough care. Thank you to all!!

My son really likes the way he is with him! He cares for the kids! I might think of getting an e-ray though as he's not better after a week & getting nervous with districts coming soon for Track!

Dr Ho works in my regular provider's office, but I saw him one time when she was unavailable. Dr Ho seems very knowledgeable and thorough and kind.

Dr Acosta is the perfect provider! Smart, level headed, down to earth, kind and always has my best interest at heart. I love her nurse Julie too! I hope they are my medical care team for a very long time!!!!!

Every interaction from Dr. Allison, receptionists, Christ(y(Dr's nurse) and the phlebotomist have always been pleasant, professional and helpful. I'm grateful for this clinic.

She gave the most attention and asked the best questions to learn about me and my goals for my health care and my values and had a holistic approach. I felt listened to and that she cared . She gave me lots of ideas and resources to try.

Dr. Acosta is not my regular doctor. She only is helping me through the sleep study to see if I have apnea or whatever. I’ve only seen her the one time in the office before I went to my sleep study last night [Date]. She seemed very nice. The whole office was very professional, Last night sleep study went very well the tech Did a really good job.

If Dr. Allison doesn't know an answer to a question I have, he'll say "I don't know!"...pull his phone out, and we'll Google the question together. I appreciate that.

Dr. Ho took me on as a patient, and was most helpful with my condition. This condition is scary for me and knowing it is going to be chronic for awhile, I appreciate his leading me through it, and explaining what is going on.

I had a new patient appointment. She seemed to already know my history and addressed everything I was planning to talk to her about. Then to wrap up she asked if I had anything else to discuss. I looked at the list i brought with me. She had already covered everything. That has never happened with another doctor. Even though I was a new patient she seemed to know my concerns already.

It is such a breath of fresh air to be treated with such care and medical skill. Everyone in that office treats me with kindness and compassion. Dr Acosta and her nursing staff are the best. I would recommend them to anyone!
