The doctor is wonderful, he explained everything and did a thorough examination. However, the clinical support staff is hit or miss.

I had a lovely experience during my eye appointment. The office is great, and all the technicians made me feel at home. The Doctor was very helpful and explained to me my concerns and I feel comfortable that I have chosen the right professional team to care for my vision.

Dr. Alfaro is a great doctor. He's never kept us waiting, he is easy to talk to, he answers all of our questions in language we can understand - all in all he has a great "bedside manner". We're very happy with his care and highly recommend him.

I always have a few questions and concerns when I go for my check up. The staff Jaden, Dr. Alfaro's assistant (I am truly sorry for not remembering her name), the welcoming receptionist, the rescheduling receptionist And Dr. Alfaro are so kind, professional and encouraging. It is not easy at times dealing with vision issues and progressive deterioration but the above listed staff with Dr. Alfaro's evaluations and treatments make it all hopeful with slight improvement each time. That's why I am happy to visit as directed.
