I wasn’t able to get in that day but didn’t call until the [ ]. They said I could get in [ ] which I was very surprised at as didn’t know they had hours [ ]. I have seen sierra several times and she is very thorough and spends adequate time plus I enjoy meeting with her. She is a very kind and compassionate woman and it is always a comfortable situation.

On [ ], the receptionist manning the phone did her best to arrange the earliest appointment possible. She even called other Lee offices and offered up same day opportunity to see a physician as Dr Dovico could not see me. I really appreciated the time she took to find the best appointment time for me.
