I was very pleased with the care and attention that Jennifer Donovan provided on this visit. It was a parent that she took careful consideration of my history and symptoms. She included me and care decisions. I would highly recommend her to others.

Ashley (Prior Auth) was outstanding. She helped me get a referral to an opthamologist office that took over a month of working thru the authorization process due to a problem with the TIN. She was a TROOPER because the issue was not with her... And the specialist office was difficult to deal with.

Jennifer Donovan is the sweetest person. She's very caring, thorough and explaining your results., It makes you feel very comfortable as a patient. PMA was very pleasant as well

Both the staff person who took my vitals and APRN Donovan were very professional, informative and caring. I was also amazed at the speed to which I could make an appt and be seen so quickly within 3 hours). UNHEARD of in today's medical world. Very much appreciate Lee Health personal and facilities.
